Banksia Motel

Stayed here for work - would highly recommend! Very clean, quiet and in a great location. Very comfy bed and lovely continental breakfast. Will definately stay here again!

If you're staying in Collie you will want to stay at this hidden gem. We had an incredible experiance at the Banksia. Reception was super friendly and easy going. Our room was very clean and included all amenities, including a bath which we dont have at home. The motel is very modern and includes a full sized weight room and pool. A continental breakfast was included and comes with a huge variety of yogurts, cereals, fruits, toast, spreads and heaps of coffee options. The wifi was great. We had also had free netflix in our room. The proximity to the town and the forest is really close. We will be back again for sure.

An excellent hotel with a good continental breakfast. Friendly and kind staff. Very good plans given for new visitors for attractions , restaurant timings etc.

Cleaning is done every day and kept very clean... Highly recommended. Very spacious family rooms.

Like Major Gowan in Fawlty Towers, I was a long stay resident at the Banksia. It is nicely furnished, comfortable, clean and quiet, well managed and with pleasant and efficient staff. It boasts a nice pool area with BBQ, free laundry and dryer, free self service breakfast, high speed Wi-Fi, smart TV and a nice gym. One thing that stands out is the attention to detail and drive for improvement that I saw during my stay. It is well located (High School, TAFE, Police Station and Court House all within 100m) and the Federal Hotel is even closer. Recommended.

We loved our stay here. The motel and rooms were so clean! The facilities were great. The rooms are better than many hotels I have stayed at. It is central to everything. The breakfast was really nice and we stocked. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We would come back for sure.

Banksia is right up there as one of if not the best hotel in Collie. Great location and reasonably priced. Over the last couple of years there have been many upgrades some of which were overdue. The rooms are large and well equipped with top quality bedding. Possibly even the cleaning staff have been upgraded too as my colleague and I both commented on how spotlessly clean our rooms were on arrival and equally good the following day. A definite thumbs up to the management here for their efforts.

Quite a surprise! Large room and the beds were comfy,. Didn't get to use the pool but liked the pool area. Collie has really improved since we were there years ago. We will definitely stay again if we are needing a room in that the area.

Banksia Motel is a modern Motel with all the amenities. The rooms are massive and beds comfortable. There is an adequate continental breakfast. The Motel is located centrally to Collie with the Federal Hotel only 50m away, which offers a great menu and the foods very good. The staff are super friendly and the owner of the complex, Joe, is regularly on site and is a real gentleman! We couldn't fault the Banksia Motel! Thank you for a fantastic stay that the kids really enjoyed!

A lovely motel that feels more like a hotel as all rooms are within the main building. A complimentary continental breakfast with a good selection of cereal, toast, yoghurt, coffee, tea and juices can be eaten in the dining room. The room was large and comfortable and decor throughout was fresh and modern. Lovely staff complete the experience and we’ll be back again when we’re next in Collie.

Great hospitality throughout my three week stay. My room was quiet, clean and well presented at all times. Every effort was made to ensure that my needs were met during the extended stay. The location is off the main road, close to restaurants, pubs, the town site and walk trails. I highly recommend the Banksia Motel.

Comfy bed, beautiful and clean room, quiet, which surprisedme with our room facing a carpark and pub..

Only gripe, curtains let a lot of light in around edges and dining room too small. People came in when we were there and they had no where to sit.

Other than that, 0 issue. Lovely stay.

Absolutely loved our stay room was very clean. Annie in the kitchen is definitely an asset to the place, went out of her way to help us with our breakdown made us feel very welcome once again thankyou so much. Will be back

From the moment we arrived we were so impressed. We had come from Bunbury, after attending a family funeral and needed to be in Collie to attend to some final things over the weekend. The receptionist was so friendly and understanding about us being late and explained everything for us. The rooms were clean and spacious and the free breakfast was a bonus. My only mistake was not letting them know in advance of my daughters food allergies (she could only have the fruit) and they were apologetic about it. Will definitely stay here again when the need arises

I had a good experience here. Joe was very helpful and worked with me to solve a small issue that I had. He was very accommodating, I would recommend anyone to stay here on their next trip to Collie. Thanks for your service guys! 5 stars

Great relaxing quiet room. We had our 3 week old baby with us and they accommodated us with no complaints. Will definitely be back as my family lives in collie so we will need a nice place to stay at. Thankyou

Quiet, very clean and comfortable rooms. Also very spacious. Big clean swimming pool. Free continental breakthrough. Walk to Federal hotel for dinner and mix with the locals @ $135 / night, can't ask for much more.

Its really nice experience to stay there. Comfy beds, well managed bathroom facilities and continental breakfast is also included in the charges and friendly staff as well. This motel is Value for Money.
