If you need a building inspection, Bloom Inspections is the way to go. The whole process was an absolute ease and pleasure to go through. We needed a pre-purchase inspection and after getting several quotes in the area, we found Bloom is the most reasonable and the reviews are great. Booking was very easy through the website, and Simon was very responsive when I needed to call to inquire a few things. Inspection was booked almost instantly and the report we received is extremely thorough and well-presented. What we appreciate the most was Simon’s professionalism and dedication to the highest standard. We found there is a major structural problem with the property, and Simon advised us carefully the next steps as well as explaining the issue to the vendor. After the vendor agreed to repair the damage for us, Simon went further length to inspect the spot again, without additional cost, to make sure the repair is sufficient. Throughout the whole process, communication with Simon was very easy and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommended to anyone, we’ll definitely deal with him again in the future!

Simon is very thorough in his inspections and uses modern equipment to ensure any issues with the house is captured. His reports are detailed yet concise and very easy to follow. He is very responsive on the phone, by text and email. He even goes above and beyond after the inspection if you need anything further clarified. Can't recommend Simon enough!

My sincere thanks to Simon for coming to inspect an issue on my property. Simon managed to fit my inspection into his schedule promptly and he provided great communication leading up to the appointment.
