Looked online and there was a product discounted to $48.
I walked into this store and they would not honor this price, they wanted full price. Looked again online and tried to do click and collect from other stores in the area but as I selected the store for click and collect the price would revert to full price. Shame on you woolworths. Anytime I found a discounted product from Dan Murphy I walked into any store in the area and it was available discounted. It appears the products from Dan Murphy are discounted same across the board. Shocking! If the system will allow me I would give 0 stars. Dan Murphy works fine I found a product online discounted and did click and collect and selected my nearest store and went half an hour later today and picked up the discounted product. BWS just lost a customer!

Always been a good store. Manager of the store I was told your name is Kayden. I just had a horrible encounter with a staff member named Fern. 25th aug around 5.30 to 6.
Who Was upset because my autistic child took a baloon from the store. And even though I explained to her she said she doesn't care and her manager said not to let kids take the baloons.I would like the appropriate action taken against
Her. Horrible customer care and what disrespect towards autistic. people. Seemed a bit racist too.

Don't waste your time like I did. I was there 20 mins after opening time and they weren't open. These lazy picks can't even open the store on time.
