Trisled

Bought a very hard to find part for my Greenspeed recumbent trike from Trisled, a bike shop in Victoria after a good deal of searching here in Northern NSW. I couldn’t keep riding without it so I rang the sales manager Rebecca who was out of the office at the time to arrange it. She said she’d be back on to me as soon as she could. Next morning she rang to say she had it and would post it same day. A week before Christmas so I figured I’d get it after the silly season but she sent it Express Post and I got it the next day! This is customer service at its absolute best!

Cannot speak highly enough of Beck and Ben and their business. They have provided a life changing piece of adaptive technology for an NDIS participant, and they've been really easy to deal with at every step. Their solutions are genuinely tailored, they're genuinely flexible with managing the NDIS timelines and expectations, and they genuinely listen. Just great to deal with.

Recumbent tricycle rental and sales in Australia. Lovely guy who is passionate about his craft. He both sells general tricycles etc and also takes custom orders (check out the semi apocalypse). My experience in renting was great. He found me a rental trike on literally no notice (I just walked in). The trike wasn't new but it functioned great. Everything worked perfectly. He also picked up from Boolarra after I left. My foreign credit cards refused to work and he just told me to leave cash at the house when he picked up. The trike was great on rail trail to mirboo north.

After falling in love years ago with the velomobile concept I was ecstatic to discover Trisled so close to home (N.Z) I emailed and was offered a shop demonstration electric assist rotovelo at a discounted price. Jumped at it, shipped to N.Z love the velo. The after sales service was the worst I've ever experienced. Firstly they sent a charger cable that didn't work and no instructions for how to use the BionX system. Getting a response by email was difficult as was getting through on the phone. When the hub drive wheel seized after less than a year I discovered for the first time that BionX was no longer. I was left with having to have a rear wheel made up without assist. The head in rainhood is a complete waste of time, the head out option was okay though fragile and mine cracked and is now unusable. After falling out with Ben I'm now on my own with a velo I love but a dissapointing relationship with a company I had hoped to share a passion with. Luckily my local bike shop are interested and lovely to deal with. 5 stars for the velo, 1 star for the customer service.

i dont understand how a company can stay in business when they cant even answer the phone, so stupid... they should divert to a mobile, they must loose so much business.. i have given up, Congrats guys, you just lost out on a $6k sale !! gone with another manufacture..
