Recently bought a Weihrauch air rifle from Wild Outdoors from interstate. Was a bit apprehensive not actually handling the gun before purchase. Did my homework as best i could by phone and internet prior. Rang Wild Outdoors and asked lots of questions. Jake and Steve were very patient with me,sent photos and answered all my questions. I picked the gun up yesterday from a local dealer,postage took a week as they said it would. Couldnt be more happy with it. Customer service was excellent,and wouldnt hesitate in dealing with them again.

Bought scope and it didnt met my expectations.sent an email to them,returned scope today,they give me money back.happy with a service ,Steve is a honest seller

Bought myfirst two rifles from wild outdoors , they were super friendly and accommodating. Helped me with my best options for my budget and also let me lay by my purchases while I waited out my 28 days for my first firearm purchase ! Did the permit to aquire in store good advice and good to chat too especially if you are new to it all ! 100 percent need to go here if you are new or are looking they will sort you out . they are top quality and will not go anywhere else but here thanks guys !

Been in there a few times now I think it was jake I had been dealing with he has been absolutely fantastic, but went in there another time and the other bloke didn’t want to know me.

I have only discovered and visited this shop this month (April 2021). What a hidden gem! Heaps of stock and the guy I was chatting to knew his stuff, was able to recommend suitable products and explain why. Loads of items at really good prices from what I looked at. The only Geelong dealer linked in electronically to LSD and competitive in their pricing for that service. You have a new customer!

First time purchasing a firearm. Team was extremely helpful with assisting with the whole process. I chose my firearm, told the staff my budget and they took care of the rest. Fitted a scope and rings, ammo, ammo box, bag and all the paperwork. All was done within 25 minutes. Extremely satisfied with the customer service. Would highly recommend.

Called in for some advice on my first rifle and nothing was too much trouble, was happy to spend time explaining everything , bought the rifle the next day! Will be back for future purchases and upgrades.

A great shop with a fantastic range of firearms, accessories, hunting clothing and more. The shop looks like a warehouse from the front but don't let that fool you. There is a great selection, really helpful staff and a spacious, will laid out shop.

Bought a DNZ game reaper scope mount in silver through this business. I was contacted by Steve reed letting me know that it was currently out of stock and offered me a different colour option or if I wanted to wait for them to come back into stock. I chose to wait and received the scope mount a couple of weeks later. I would highly recommend this business and definitely be making this place my go to for any hunting/camping supplies due to competitive pricing and outstanding communication.

Having received my license renewal with my notice of license cancellation Jake helped me navigate my way around the threat of loosing all my rifles. A big thank you to Jake and his store. Think ill be using these guys a lot in the future.

Great shop for all we need for hunting. They guys were really helpful and happy to answer all the question what a new hunter had in mind. Good collection of guns and gears. Their online shop is awesome as well.
