I have very strict dietary requirements and the staff were just exceptional, the two I spoke with were so friendly and they took the time to help me and ensure what I could and couldn’t eat.
I’m very happy and would recommend.

I visited this delicious store on the weekend with my husband and we received fantastic service from the staff on the weekend. We have been going to Wonthaggi for about a year now and we are so glad this business has opened. The roast meal was full of flavour and my sandwich was fresh and tasty. We will definitely be coming back to visit.

Caters for every pallet.. All ingredients are fresh n not dried up like others.
Vegans.. Veggies.. Or meat eaters will love this place..!
Staff are superfriendly even with my picky little ones this was not a problem for them.

I came here last week and got 2 x sandwiches which were delicious! They were filled with large servings of fillings I wanted and the service was amazing, the staff were smiling and enjoyed serving the customers. I would recommend coming here for food!

Love grabbing a a quick healthy meal from this place, they make an awesome chicken snitzel wrap.. so filling, fresh and delicious. Also great service... the girls are always so friendly and do a great job

I ordered a Cubana, assuming it would match the definition of same as per google "cubana sandwich".

The basic ingredients were all there but it was served in a round bulky/bread'y roll - and un-toasted. A Cubana should be in a baguette or similar long roll and absolutely has to be press-toasted so as to melt the cheese and merge the flavours.

(The roast pork was delicious hence the higher than otherwise rating)

Today (for the first time) l tried this cafe. When the young woman was making my sandwich, l was asked if l wanted smashed avocado on both pieces of bread, as l didn't want margarine. I said one side was fine & it was thinly smeared on. I requested sliced turkey (it wasn't from the bone) but deli turkey, coleslaw & cheese. This sandwich cost me $12.10! I know this as when the total came to $16.60, l queried the cost, to be told my coffee was $4.50, a turkey sandwich $8.90 & every filling $1.50 extra. Wow!
The taste of the coffee wasn't enjoyable personally.

Hello.
I just purchased a roast pork roll for $10.50 from your kiosk inside the plaza. While the meat was cooked magnificently the quantity was not very satisfactory. I was given 4 small cuts of meat and a piece of crackling the size of my thumb. Was nowhere near the look of the roll advertised on your posters or FB.

We've had 3 incidents with this store today's being the most humiliating one yet. We were regulars the first incident happened a couple of weeks ago, we had convinced my mother to come and eat there with us. Upon getting her food she was well over charged and the meat was dried out, she refused to eat it and left understandably. My partner went and spoke to the owner politely and secured a refund and all was well. The second happened yesterday, we paid full price for 2 roast pork MEALS we were served a portion of pork with no crackling and no veggies but chips this wasn't what we asked for so again my partner secured a refund this time on our behalf. The third was today, we ordered the food the staff were rude and slammed it down on the table. My partner shook his head and another staff member asked if there was an issue to which my partner replied he though that the server slamming the plates on the table was rude. This staff member replied if we didn't like it we didn't have to eat there. The server returned accusing my partner of calling her a name.. this never happened. The other staff member then returned to tell us we had apparently been banned before we were even served our food and shouldn't be there. Then the owners mum shows up asking what the issue was and accused my partner of having been rude to the person that served us yesterday he was never rude. At this point I ended up getting up and leaving we had been harassed by staff enough and I'm pregnant and emotional I didn't need everyone seeing me crying. My partner stayed to eat then had another chat with the owners mum which resulted in her saying we were OK to eat there again... my partner simply replied we wouldn't be back. And we won't be, by far the most embarrassing and humiliating thing I've ever had happen to me and I hadn't even said anything to staff in this entire ordeal other than ordering the food in a polite and respectful manner each time.

Staff were incredibly slow in fulfilling a very simple order. Food was dry and lacking in flavour. All bought from Coles which is 5m away.
We ordered chips with our food and were told chips would be brought to our table in a few minutes. Nothing came for a good 20 minutes. When asked re chips, staff member 'completely forgot' and would bring them over.
When we finally got the chips, they were inedible- burnt until there was no actual potato left and doused in so much salt.
Woman served people while man just stood there saying it won't be long.
Terrible service, terrible food. Would much rather starve.

Extremely disappointed, they are now using processed pork rather than real meat.
Wont be going back
