I visit this store for newspapers and purchase of tattslotto. Every week there is never a change in the excellent service that is provided whether purchasing a bus ticket abd all customer related services. One of the excellent services in wonthaggi and i drive the distance even though the service is available locally. Love the way they greet you. Truly nice people. Would like to see more empathy and understandi g when advising and seling ptv tickets from whoever is at that desk. I was in there yesterday and the owner who served us was rude and did not listen and explain the ptv service clearly.

Had fun going through all their birthday cards for son-in-laws up coming birthday. Found funny one (slightly rude) to suit the golfing addict. Know all the staff personally had great help choosing.

The woman behind the counter needs to be trained in customer service.
She got what I asked for wrong .
And then threw my money and tatts tickets on the counter.
LIKE A SPOILT BRAT NOT GETTING HER OWN WAY.

Probably the WORST customer service I have ever received.

If I was the owner I would send her to do a customer service course.

Seriously, Golliwogs are a racist hangover from times where ignorance and white privilege reigned. Any business that needs to profit off racist caricatures will never enjoy my patronage.
