BJS thinks outside of the box, providing me with comprehensive specific insurance that I was unable to source anywhere else, including QLD where I live, at a great price.

Chris at BJS has been SO helpful throughout our claims experience, from when we first reported it through to completion of our works. He has followed up regularly to check on progress at every stage, working with our, the underwriter (CGU), the builder (Construct Services) and their subcontractor to ensure the works were carried out to our satisfaction.
The insurance industry often gets a bad rap in the media (and elsewhere) but Chris and BJS have been outstanding.
I could not recommend them highly enough.

Incredible customer service

Total waste of time for me. Ended up with a very expensive policy and then found an equally good alternative far cheaper elsewhere. Be aware you will get stung with very high fees and they are non-refundable unlike going direct to an insurer. Looks like other people have had the same experience with this lot from the other reviews.

Worst experience ever. So much time and money wasted on the most horrendous customer service I have ever come across. Please consider other insurance options. Still trying to figure out if this was an elaborate scam. I ended up dealing directly with CGU for a swift end to a horrible experience.
