Kaisercraft Wonthaggi

I've always shopped at Kaisercraft Wonthaggi to buy my coloured cardboard paper never had a problem staff have always been nice to me.

Sadly I had a bad experience with a shop assistant, with my friend we were trying to buy presents for our mum and instead of offering to help, she was rude, made our time in the shop awkward and after a few minutes of walking in told us to leave. After we left, we walked past the shop to Kmart and the person working there said to stop trespassing on her store and to go and leave. I am stunned by these responses and do not recommend shopping here as the staff were so rude.

I am writing for a family member. I am absolutely appalled at the service received here at this store. The manager and shop assistant were not helpful in rectifying a situation where an item got lost and were going to make my family member repurchase a gift her autistic child had saved his money for to buy a teacher a present. I am absolutely appalled and do not recommend shopping at such a heartless shop.
