I highly recommend Fran for help with home loans. I went in circles with other banks and a broker until I spoke with Fran who was able to secure the finance I wanted and at reasonable rates (below what is advertised). While negotiating with Realestate agents and in conversations with the conveyancer they all knew her and trusted her work which improved my position/expected timelines. She is prompt, upfront, efficient, and actually delivered on what she said she would.

Fran, as the Loan Executive is probably one of the best you could ever find to help you with bank loan process. She is the best of what she works and supposed and assisted me to the entire process to buy a house.

We were just approved for a home loan by Fran Andrighetto at the Wonthaggi Commonwealth Bank Branch. Fran is a TRUE LEDGEND, and the Commonwealth Bank, and her customers, are so very lucky to have her working for them/with them!! It was a long process for us to get to this point, but Fran never gave up on us and our dream, and for that we will always be extremely grateful to her for!! Fran was ALWAYS INCREDIBLY patient not only with our long process to get to this point, but also with my asking her to do the same task/work repeatedly due to my tendency to always plan for the worst and hope for the best along with the fact that I tended to panic a little at times due to make sheer lack of knowledge and experience with this type of thing because I've never built a house before. But Fran ALWAYS remained friendly and positive...even though at times she maybe wanted to yell at me (or wring my neck *laughs*) after being asked by me to once again re-do the same task again. I thank you Fran for revisiting those possible urges!! LOL Fran is also extremely knowledgeable, and gave us so much help and advice which was always very helpful, reliable, correct, and very welcomed!! Without her and all of her knowledge, patience, time, effort, work, etc. we may have never gotten to build our dream house!! She truly is our hero in the story of our house; and we are so incredibly thankful, so very appreciative, and grateful beyond words to her for everything that she has done to help us to get to this point and to finally now be able to start to build our new home!!

The only CBA ATM in Wonthaggi is inside the shopping centre, so you cannot access a CBA ATM in Wonthaggi anymore unless it is during shopping centre hours.

As existing customers, we walk in to Wonthaggi Commbank to open a joint account and after queuing for a while get told “we too busy to help you now, please come back tomorrow” !!!
