Henry Dental

My mate Dan went today and had a broken tooth repaired on short notice. He had excellent service from all staff. Also he was from out of town. He would recommend Henry Dental.

I just had my first appointment with Daniel, and wow I am super impressed, I suffer bad dental anxiety due to my previous dentist not being kind, absolutely not the case today, Daniel was kind, caring, respectful of the fact I hadn’t seen a dentist in a few years, pricing was fantastic as I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg. Staff on reception were super friendly

I needed a crown to protect one of my aging teeth. Acting on recommendations, I booked an appointment with Dr HENRY. 3 x visits later, the crown was placed over the tooth. I was very impressed with his professionalism, his calmness and kind manner. The cost was very affordable, much cheaper than in Melbourne! He is a great guy who values and encourages the assistance of his dental nurses, creating an amazing Team. Thank you.

Henry is the best dentist to have ever treated me and I'm in my late 60's.
He is a top professional in his field, has an excellent dentist to patient rapport and makes your appointment a pleasant experience with is sense of humour.
His staff are top notch as well and if you call in an emergency situation they do all in their power to give you an early appointment.

very well mannered and professional practise - surgeon was able to complete a surgical excision of my salivary gland in a third of the time of the expected time period and I felt 0 pain, better than other dental practises in wonthaggi which are not licensed to complete complex procedures

Very professional but being a dentist one could feel apprehensive but not here, they make you so at ease, best dentist I have ever been to.

Where do I even begin? My visit to Henry Teow was an absolute horror show from start to finish. First off, the receptionist seemed utterly disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence when I arrived. Strike one.

Then came the waiting room, which felt like a time warp back to the 1980s. Outdated magazines, uncomfortable chairs, and a distinct smell of disinfectant that made me nauseous. Strike two.
But the real nightmare began when I was finally ushered into the examination room. The dentist himself seemed more interested in chatting about his weekend plans than actually examining my teeth. When he finally did get around to it, he was rough and careless, causing me unnecessary pain throughout the entire ordeal. Strike three.

To make matters worse, the hygienist was equally incompetent, poking and prodding my gums like she was trying to start a fight. And don't even get me started on the outdated equipment they were using. It felt like I had stepped into a time machine and landed in the Stone Age of dentistry.

Needless to say, I will never be returning to Henry Teow. Save yourself the agony and find a dentist who actually cares about their patients and their well-being. This place is an absolute disaster waiting to happen.

I am so deeply disappointed with Henry's dentistry, I paid over $8,000 for crowns to give me a decent smile only three years ago to find out yesterday that there is decay above EVERY one of them. To fix this I either have to have each crown removed to then have the decay addressed then a crown replaced which will be hugely expensive or what I will do and have them all simply removed and falsies in their place. Sorry Henry I have liked you and being going to you for years but it's not good enough, you must have been able to see the issue, I had an Xray at your surgery only weeks ago. Very sad.
