Wonthaggi Magistrates' Court

Magistrate was extremely fair while also getting down to business very quickly with each case I heard before my own (about 7 others were heard b4 my own) . The magistrate also took the time to look over the facts of each case and also looked at each person individually , witch i have been to many other magistrates courts for myself and others but this magistrate is one of very very few who is actually doing his job properly 👍👍😇 hats off to this rare breed of judge

The security and staff are friendly and as helpful as they possibly can be, the way court is held is absolutely amazing and should set a bench mark for other courts throughout not just Australia, but the world.

I want to say hats off to the compassionate, kind and empathetic magistrate who I was before today, 18th January. He inspires me to become a better person.

The Magistrate at Wonthaggi seems to lack interest in his role and comes across as impatient and arrogant..
I listened to several cases and it appeared to me that he was rude and condescending, I could almost see him rolling his eyes at clients of the court....
Without customers he would not have a job.
I expected more from a public official.

Worst ever. No coordination and no schedule. No where to sit while you wait for hours outside. Not a single chair.
