Through a brief discussion with Carmen Woods i am able to say with certainty that Ms. Woods most defiantly is an A grade Lawyer that has excelled in her career and this rating is based not on her nor her knowledge and performace in the least.
However, Chloe Kourakis, also a Lawyer from this firm is appalling. Not only did she make it very obvious that she was in support of the opposition, she failed to submit any of the required documentation within the allocated timeframe, on more than one occassion. As a result I became the party in default.
Up until Ms. Kourakis became my solicitor I was representing myself and had never defaulted once. For a Judge to make an Order indicating their awareness of a Lawyers failure to comply with deadlines etc. And impose penalties against the defaulting party representive, including liability for the Court costs as well as being reported to the Lawyers Commission says it all!!

Carmen is an excellent lawyer however Chloe courakas is terrible and never sent any emails and after sitting for 5!hours doing an affidavit 4 weeks later this had not been submitted.
