After trolling through the online stores looking for a couple of major purchases (Fridge, TV, Sound bar) I decided to visit the local Betta Home Living store. Immediately I was greeted with a team of welcoming staff who were more then happy to discuss any questions I had. Ryan and Lucy were both knowledgeable and accommodating. In a short space of time we had the products selected, a great price agreed, delivery sorted, extended warranties setup and I was on my way.

It's rare to get service as good as this. If you are in the market for anything electrical don't hesitate to head into Wonthaggi Betta Home Living, they won't disappoint.

I bought a washing machine from Betta Home Living Wonthaggi last year and recently we had a Stick Vacuum delivered. Having been out off Betta by the worst service ever in the Leongatha store, my faith in local businesses has been restored by the amazing team here in Wonthaggi! Wonthaggi Betta Home Living were so helpful and provided excellent customer service. They went out of their way to arrange a speedy delivery of a fridge/freezer and take my old one away. I have bought a washing machine this year & a Coffee Expresso Machine last week. I have been really impressed with both the service provided & the information given. Lucy at Wonthaggi, took her time to show me how the products worked & the benefits of both machines. Service is obviously a big part of their customer service. Ordered a dishwasher (on the recommendation of the wonderful Jimmy from Phillip Island Appliances) on 13th May. Spoke to Lucy who was obliging and friendly. Appliance was promised to be delivered on 18th May between 9-11 a.m. and it was - no delivery fee. The blokes were great and mindful of my carpet with the trolley. Took the old dishwasher away, again no charge. Apparently they were also supposed to unpack the new machine and take the packaging - this didn't happen, but no biggie - I did it. Bought a washing machine from this store a couple of years ago and again the same level of service. Very, very happy camper.

Had a drama with the dishwasher over a weekend. Was able to purchase a new machine on a Sunday and had it installed on Monday. Great service, they know their products and deliver on time. Their recommended plumber was excellent and the machine just fitted into the kitchen space. Even got a discount on the dishwasher.

Ok so I am a HUGE online shopper. I ditched bricks and mortar about a decade ago due to such poor customer experiences. Dealing with these guys today has totally surprised me. My rented out holiday house needed new microwave, quickly. Online retailers offered deliveries in 5-7 days. Rang the team at Wonthaggi Betta and they sold me a microwave over the phone and delivered it in about an hour and a half. Amazing! And the price was excellent! Well done guys..I haven't left the www yet, but I will definitely come back to you guys not only again... But first. Thank you.

Wow...super impressed this time (not been so happy with this store in the past). I tend to favour HN for all appliance purchases but this time popped into BHL to see what they had. The staff member was AMAZING! very knowledgeable around Juicers and help guide me to buy one. Very impressed. I'll be using them as my go to store in future.

I like Betta Living. They have good relationships with their customers and the linked tradies. Everyone seems helpful and willing to get good outcomes. I often compare prices online and Betta Living are often cheaper or on par. It's great to be able to shop locally and still get a good deal.

Fabulous knowledgeable service yesterday, as two older people who didn’t have a clue we were both so impressed. Forget the names, the young lady we first spoke to was great as was the young man who who bought tv from.
We’d much rather spend our money in a local business. Congratulations to both.

Excellent service and prices were so much cheaper than the other Appliance Store in Wonthaggi. Don't waste your time comparing Betta is the place to go!!! Highly recommended.

Whenever I need a new appliance I always contact Nathan as I trust him to give me the best price and more importantly the best advice as to which product is best for my needs. Clean store, friendly helpful staff. We ordered over the phone at 4pm and they delivered a new TV to us by 4.45pm the same day! Very impressive service!
