Helpful Online Team made our changeover of Sims easy . Travelling outback WA means Telstra /Boost only option. Have had a Nighthawk Wifi in Camper (on Boost) for a few years. Good reception/coverage and no problems. Keep up the good work.

Brought 2 realme phones from is shop,one works perfectly, the other will not send messages to my uconnet, took it back and the assistant said they don't sell these phones!!!! Showed receipt from 3 weeks earlier "oh" was told not the phone's fault it's the Jeep uconnet. Took it to Jeep Osborne Park,$ and all the phones there worked and it's a faulty phone, went back to them and they still would not accept that the phone is faulty , after much "discussion "the arrogant owner came out and tried to talk me down, eventually the owner said he will exchange the phone only if i have original box and packaging!!!!
Which I no longer have.

The owner should be more hands on and not inexperienced staff to take the brunt and learn bedside manners.

They even helped me to set up me new phone and port everything over.
They were really friendly, and went out of their way to bring the phone my husband wanted over so we didn't have to travel.

Please be aware there’s someone on messenger using cell point (You’re Business) pretending to be an employee the scammer offered to sell me an iPhone 14 with an Apple Watch for $1300 he/she asks you to deposit funds into there nominated bank account. Please don’t buy anything on marketplace unless it’s cash on arrival or they have a legit business or shop.

Full stars as had the best service someone can ever get. The staff were very helpful and spent the time it took to transfer all the data from my old phone to new. I really recommend people looking for a phone to come here.

mum needed her 1st mobile ever at 84yrs of age. We wanted a Aspera 40 with emergency SOS button. We were having trouble locating 1, when i rang the answered with in a 4 ring time. yes we have an gave great directions to locate them in MIRRABOOKA shop centre. We arrived they were just so lovely pleasant n friendly staff very pleasant store lots of help given an just bloody fabulous service highly recommend them. and have already past on their details to a friend who is wanting same mobile. they have wide range of sims a other products n accessories very professional n competitive pricing is worth the distance travelled. i would go back for any of my mobile needs in the future. we had to travel to get there n worth the drive. support great customer service W.A Thank u guys.

Bought Galaxy S20 FE 2020 from here today and Pankaj helped me transferred all my data from my old phone to new. Was outright rejected at Harvey Norman when asked help to transfer data. they applied screen protectors for me too and did all updates related to my phone. Very happy with customer service and will definitely come back.
