Ralph used to cut my hair since I was little, and now I've moved on to Tony (since Ralph is supposed to be retired) :P I don't go as often as the average female. But everytime I'm there, they listen, they care and they're excellent at what they do. Most importantly, I value their family atmosphere and way of being. All of this sets them apart and makes them deserving of all the success in the beauty world! Grazie mille!

I have been coming to excel hair and beauty since 2017 and I now take my daughters for hair cuts too. It's always amazing service, friendliest staff and are absolutely incredible when it comes to all things hair and beauty. My two girls (5 and 8) got there hair washed, cut and put half up/ half down and it was only $55 for both. Absolutely bargain compared to prices around the place who charge extra for those things. My girls can't wait to go back!

Many thanks to Adam for cutting my mums hair at short notice, I brought my mum in as she is in a nursing home, Adam was very caring and did a beautuful cut on my mums hair, even though they were fully booked and under the pump, we really appreciated it and now mum doesn't want to go anywhere else, cheers to you all! Family owned business for more than 40+ years and beyond. Come here all the time, friendly , good people. Each staff member does a good job and top service and you can't find anything better than here. Also get your toenails coloured and spray tanning and eye brows, see friendly staff upstairs and enjoy the view looking out to newton shopping centre and Tony and marks. Staff can make you a free coffee and free water while you are waiting for your haircut and blow dry and nails done.

I just had my haircut there and you get good comments when you bump into people in Adelaide.

Yes, the photo isn't of the best of quality. Pretty bad in fact!

But what wasn't pretty bad, was the quality of service provided by Jamie and Natasha. They did a wonderful job of giving a new life to my hair. I felt comfortable and well looked after. Next appointment is already booked, so I definitely will be returning.

Excel hair and beauty never seem to let me down. I always leave 100% satisfied and happy. Staff are super friendly, no job is to big or to little and everyone is so eager to help. Everyone that works there has amazing skills and absolutely lovely work ethics.

Pricing is reasonably affordable but they also offer afterpay which is handy to know.

I had a disaster of a cut and colour elsewhere and Katrina sorted me out. Gave me exactly what I asked for at a reasonable price. Could not be happier with the result of this service. Thank you!

Called late to book a haircut and they were very accommodating. Wash was relaxing and the cut didn't take too long and turned out great.

After trying multiple options to try and fix the discolouration problem at the front of my hair one appointment at Excel, Nic solved the issue straight away. Very happy with the haircut to. Staff are so friendly there and the salon has a great feel. Definitely going back again. Highly recommended.

I have been coming here for over 7 years and without a doubt the staff here are the only people I trust to touch my hair. Jaimi and Nick have truly saved my very Italian dark brown hair and even managed to make and keep me blond after so many hairdressers stuffed it up! Would give 10 star if I could.

I have all by beauty needs attended by Manosha and have been for many years now. When I first attended my nails needed a lot of TLC. They are now in top condition due to the care they receive and no chemicals used. I am elderly and all my beauty requirements for my ageing skin are carefully monitored and kept in top condition. Thanks for looking after me.

Nick did an incredible job with my very long and thick hair, got to the level of blonde I wanted in one sitting at a great price!

Such a fantastic and friendly crew at Excel, always made to feel welcome! Great colourist and stylist abilities, had my hair done a few times, and extension matching and installation Nick has made perfect each time! Adam always does a great job with my partners hair too. Always leave feeling refreshed and confident.

Very accommodating, fitted my son in very last minute for his haircut. Will definitely be back here !

I Took my 2 1/2 year old really hates a hair cut, so amongst the tears and screaming, the lovely lady just got in and got it done. Staying calm so we all stayed calm. The hair cut was very good, apologise to all the customers who had to listen but the staff were fantastic and patient, and made us all feel calm and welcomed. So thank you so much.

I've been going to Excel Hair and Beauty for years...Adam clearly loves his work. I've always been greeted with the same friendly smile and top service..nothing changes. You always feel so clean and fresh after a cut here...He really has an eye for detail.
Absolutely recommended.
