Concerned about over heating of my laptop. Gunay explained to me what the problem was, and able to have problem sorted within the day - which l did not expect. Provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Also has an easy to follow booking system for drop off and collection, with many varied time slots.

I contacted IT Solve on Friday lunchtime about getting my smashed Macbook pro screen repaired and he picked it up and dropped it back to me by Monday. Gunay is super kind and professional and went out of his way to make getting my laptop fixed as easy as possible I didn’t even need to leave my house! He also serviced and cleaned my laptop for no extra charge. My laptop feels brand new and I’m really impressed and grateful for IT Solves and Gunays service, Thank you heaps!!

Gunay is a genius and a very nice and helpful person.

I drove for about one hour to him but it was worth all that effort and would do that again.
(Otherwise there are Service stations to bring your devices there, but I really recommend visiting that beautiful part of the town!)

He fixed my broken laptop screen pretty quick and explained everything to me very carefully. (Since I'm not a tech expert)

Gunay unfortunately could not repair my laptop, no fault of his or his excellent skills. My laptop was completely fried by a massive power surge during thunderstorms. Gunay was fantastic helping me with my insurance claim by writing a well thought out and precise report with no ambiguity for my insurer. I highly recommend IT-Solve.

Quick, professional service. Gunay, the head engineer, was knowledgeable; happy to answer questions and explain the service and repair process; and didn't try to up-sell with unnecessary repairs. The laptop that was taken in for repair had an intermittent fault that was resolved with a service and is now working faultlessly, and the price of the job was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Gunay repaired my laptop in July last year after I dropped it off to him with a cracked screen. He brought me into his workshop and told me a bit about the repair process and some other cool stuff about my macbook that I didn't know about. My laptop was not charging correctly and I was afraid that I was going to need to purchase a new one. I took it to Gunay for a repair after reading positive reviews about his service and was not disappointed. Gunay thoroughly explained the issue my laptop was facing and was communicative throughout the repair process. He was honest and reasonable with the cost of the repair and I have not had any issues with my device since! I will be returning to Gunay if I have any issues with other devices in the future.

My beloved 12 year old macbook pro was getting full, slow, beatup and tired. I was considering buying a new one. I'm so glad I got it repaired and upgraded instead. It seems as good a new, maybe better. This upgrade & repair was not cheap... maybe 30% what I was considering paying for a new machine. Worth it, for sure. My MacBook's LogicBoard had died on me for no apparent reason.
I took it in to see if it could be repaired and was given a full comprehensive look and tour of the insides of my device to show me what the actual problem was and why it was no longer working. That was the coolest part, the be shown the insides of a MacBook and shown what does what and how the whole device is put together.
Throughout the repair I received updates and images explaining what issues there were and what would need to happen to fix it.
Unfortunately, for me to get the device fixed was going to take too long (over 2 months due to parts needing to be ordered from OS) and there was no guarantee that what we did would actually work due to the age and type of MacBook. BUT I was able to get ALL of my data retrieved which was the most important thing for me.
I got my device recycled here and all of the internal data was destroyed so I know it won't go anywhere else.
Thanks for the help, even though we weren't able to fix the computer, I managed to get the data back and now have a better understanding of how Apple makes their products and how to avoid any stress like this again in the future!
