Birthday Steak. 90 minutes to bring it to 55C internal, then a quick sear in the pan. No way I can eat all of this tonight!

20/10 🤤🤤🤤🤤 love this butcher so much. The staff are always very lovely when I go. Just purchased an eye fillet steak for the first time, it was so tender. Our go to is the truffle sausages. We love those so much.

Our fav place to get meat 🍖 fresh, quality produce with awesome customer service & knowledge of all things meat 👏💯👌 My favourites are the eye fillets, brisket and when they stock it the vegemite sausages 😀

Omgoodness these guys are the best..
Had a Chistmas ham order that got bug##erd up..( not there fault)
They then went up and beyond service and hand home delivered a special order...saved our early Christmas
We will be back soon...best around

The meat seems quality. But you don't get what you paid for. I ordered pristine T not L but T bone. They strip the porterhouse off of their so called T bone. Won't go there again.
