Tatum attends Karen’s mindfulness course, Little Buddha which is the highlight of her week. Karen’s calm, nurturing manner and meditation and breathing techniques have helped Tatum to better manager herself when she feels anxious and stressed.

Karen is also one of the best massage therapists I’ve been to. She manages to identify all the “trigger points” and her massage pressure is spot on!.

Karen is an excellent therapeutic masseuse. Highly skilled at seeking out and releasing tight fascia and relieving tension around the body. I teach Pilates and see Karen monthly for instructor maintenance. I would highly recommend her to all.
