I would like to thank the Manager, Darren, for allowing me to get a refund yesterday. I know the store ‘Policy’ is to issue a credit but he went out of his way to be kind to me and I think it was a wonderful gesture from him. This store is very lucky to have decent and caring Manager.

I came to Jim kid at 3:30 on the 16th march after my dad lost his sunnies and a young man in the jumper section saw me looking and told me he had found a pair of sunglasses just before and helped me. The guy was tall and had brunette Edgar/mullet If you know this bossdog please make sure he gets a raise or reward for his amazing customer service

What a great store. Plenty of items on sale and good range of sizes. Very helpful staff. Will be where I look first when need sporting shoes and clothing.

Best place and alot of offer for buying sports good at very low price. I love it. Always visit the Jim kidd store in dfo mall near airport, they are the biggest and have more variety and more offer.

My husband and I came here to look for a pair of walking shoes for myself. Charles was this young men assigned to help us. He knew his shoes and was patient enough to make me try several each time closer to what I was after. I ended up with this great comfortable walking shoes. My husband and I were impressed with this young man’s dedication. He is truly passionate in his work. We will definitely recommend this store at DFO. Charles keep up the good work. Went in store on Thursday the 3rd December 2020 and was served by Matt Fisher. What an absolute delight he was, his customer service was exceptional. I went in to purchase one pair of runners and we walked out with four pairs of shoes. Not pushing at all, in fact he was so helpful with different options that this was the reason we purchased the four pairs of shoes. Well done Matt, we will be back.

Came here with my son to get walking shoes for myself. Didn't expect any useful help from staff, but Monique asked if we needed help. Her advice turned out to be the best. Great comfortable shoes that were like walking on clouds and they were on sale. My son had not intended to get any shoes and he ended up getting a pair of the same shoes! Thank you Monique for your old fashioned great value service. We'll be back to see you again in the future!

Very Very big store, it has soo many shoes to choose from and the staff are always willing to help you out with anything you need at anytime. The design of the store is good and is near and entry/exit to the store. This Jim Kidd Sport's shop is bigger than most of their shops.
The transport options to the store is limited but it's okay. Parking is okay with cheap parking fees compared to other shopping centres. I would totally recommend shop here for your shoes.

What a pleasure to shop for my new Brooks shoes today from JIm Kidd DFO. We were fortunate to encounter Bao who was listened to my requirements, which were many, and found many options for me. Unfortunately, i could not find the perfect fit. We left the store and minutes later Bao found us in the mall and said he had found a suitable pair and would I like to try them. So back to the store and they were indeed PERFECT. Best individualised service for a long time. Thanks a lot.

Good selection of cricket gear. That was the objective of our shop. Got everything we needed, helmets, pads n gloves to upgrade from last season.

First time DFO visit, was great, we love Jim Kidd, definitely a bit cheaper here too which is fab. Staff were very helpful and there was lots of range to choose from.

Only place i can find cheap size 15 shoes, staff have always been friendly.
Also great spot for good quality kids shoes.

I have been to Shoeland, Missouri and not even that place can top the selection at this Jim Kidd. Seriously - shoes out the wazoo. Big ones, small ones, short ones, tall ones. Shoes for you, shoes for me, shoes as runny as can be. I wear shoes on my hands, yes I do by golly, gran! They even have Sneakers especially for wearing during ghost hunting so if you go to heaps of places that are haunted, you should definitely shop here.

Matt he was very helpful my partner's got a extra large foot and he catered for him exceptionally well and the same time we end up getting for other pairs of shoes as well good on you mate you're a champion mate
