Lovely humans here, I believe some people are just not use to being questioned upon entering a shop. What makes you think you are so entitled and required to be trusted as a stranger? If you feel as though you must react in such a negative way perhaps you need to take a look at yourself.

Deb was looking after me with such kindness and helpfulness on my first visit, I appreciate it immensely. The shop can be very overwhelming at first.

I spoke with Earthstone Fire & Ice at the Melbourne Mind Body and Spirit festival and they were beyond lovely! Such a friendly team, I also got the chance to speak to the owner a little bit about the business and he was so open and friendly as to where the crystals were sourced from. Definitely recommend them!

Ive been getting my wholesale supplies from Ian at E.S.F& I for over a year now and they are my favourite of all to deal with. First because their quality is by far better than over east or other locals and far more reasonably priced. They go out of their way to source things for me even currently when CV19 is making things tough. I am a very small business at this stage but they look after me as if I was a bigger business than I am. I absolultey highly recommend them!
