I only ever go to UES, because they always have the parts I need. Sharon who works in the office is always so welcoming and very knowledgeable on their products.

A business that makes you say “never a good experience”. Professionalism is poor, prices feel made up on the spot and you will often walk in to 3 sales personnel on their computer and have to wait until they are finished typing an email or their conversation between each other, every time. Their good range of gear makes you tempted to revisit however lower your expectations to the basics for the customer service if you do.

We had the worst customer service you can imagine. Bough a lock from this place and received it broken. Called them mutliple times and they always said they will take care of it and call back but it NEVER happened!
We finally got a call back but they wouldn't help us anymore because it's been over 6 months....
Which is 100% their fault because we have called over and over again and they always said they took care of it but they didn't. Very sad and very disappointing!

very depressing store nobody is smiling service is too slow not the first time with small orders coming to collect them it takes ages for them go identify them and make ready to sell. not coming back to that s**t hole

The place suppose to open at 8. The employer arrived at 8:10, open the door and instead of serving me straight away, he went to change his clothes and do his things while I was waiting at the counter..
