Overall, i had a good experience with Malaga tile Centre. The team were very helpful and patient with each communication and helps with no hesitation especially Richa who i was communicating more with and thank you Terry for giving me such a good price and overlooking the tile laying. MTC has huge variety of tiles which i find hard to choose from comparing to the other tile shops in Perth and very competitive in price. I used their tile layers and am happy and applying epoxy was the best thing i did and thank you Richa for encouraging me to go ahead with that. overall, i had a very good experience and highly recommend this place.

Have done two jobs at our house and both of them turned out to be exceeding our expectations, photos say it all.
The challenge with our backyard tiling was the uneven concrete but these guys have not only fixed the slab but also put extra efforts for the best water drainage. Really appreciate skills, experience and knowledge they have.

From the moment we first walked into the showroom, Richa has been amazing with guiding us to get the best service for choosing the tiles for our newly built house. MTC also organised the tilers who did an excellent job in a very quick turnaround for us. I would also like to thank marija for looking after us while Richa was on leave. Good tile collection, and really easy to deal with. The tiles we chose were no longer available. Richa first worked with us to look at alternate designs and sizes, refund was processed quickly. Highly recommend her.

Jerry was very professional and friendly offering great variety of services including delivery, installation, return of left over products and removal of garbage in the end of installation . Great job done by Jerry. He supplied and installed tiles at my place and also provided excellent service. He personally takes care of the work done and make sure that everything is done in quality work and timely manner. He tries his best possible way!! I would highly recommend everyone to have a visit at lease once and talk to him. I am really satisfied and happy for the work he has done. Thank you very much jerry for that!!!

The store has a huge collection of the most beautiful tiles and if they don’t have be sure that Mr. Jignesh will source it for you. The staff is very professional and well informed. Jignesh not only helped me with my tiles but also with a lot of other during the build, he also was very patient with every query i had. The prices are quite reasonable as compared to any other tile store in Perth. But that comes secondary as the quality of their work well exceeded my expectations. Thanks to the entire team at Malaga tile centre, have been and will recommend this store.

Visited many tile shops and Malaga Tile Centre was by far the best in prices, quality & customer service. Jerry was very calm & helpful and not the typical “pushy “ salesman. Got a terrific price to tile our very huge home. The good thing is Jerry himself was first on site. He explained & directed tilers how to do the job. I would definitely recommend! Thanks Jerry.

I had to wait for the tiles which I selected, it was worth the wait. On arrival they arranged transportation, installation, clearing all off cuts etc. The most reasonably priced comparing the quality of the tiles and installation . They made the compleet process so easy. My next tiling job goes to them.

This place was very welcoming and owner was very dedicated in getting my house finish which was nice to have. Would 100% recommend people here

Very poor customer service. Guy at the reception did not even acknowledged / greeted the customers as they walk in. We spent about 5 - 10 minutes wondering around hoping someone would atlest come and ask if needed any help but seems like no one was interested. Not my loss as I found good deal and excellent customer service elsewhere. Buckle up guys. You don't just loose one customer, you actually loose chain of customers via mouth publicity.
Hope you take this review as genuine feedback and put protocol in place to prevent it from happening again.

I been a pleasure to do business with Malaga Tile Centre! Very friendly and professional with helpful advice and tips on choice of tiles! Did up a quote for my disabled lady friend with no pressure on accepting it!! We have accepted their quote as and work is about to begin after some delays on our side! Malaga Tike Centre were very considerate and work with us on the delays! Highly recommended them to anyone who is looking for a good quality service and range of tiles!!
