Looking for school shoes options for my girls next year and popped into Williams to have a look. I loved the no pressure sales approach of Izzy (I think that was her name!??). Will definitely be back in January when there are more options available.

Staff on Sunday are so rude. Didn’t even notice I was in the store as they were busy talking behind the counter. When I asked for help they really couldn’t be bothered. Shame it’s a quieter store so you can just go in and out. The customer service is non existent. I’d rather go to Williams at Watergardens where the staff there are amazing
