Who knew getting your eyes tested and specks selected could be such an enjoyable experience. EVERYONE from the optometrist to the retail staff were fun, caring, knowledgeable, personable and friendly! left with some slick specks and five new friends. These guys fixed my iconic orange Ray Ban discontinued sunglasses.

I had a paper clip on it for 3 years because it was too much to fix it, however this store did it for no charge.

Thank you and rest assured these iconic orange Ray Ban discontinued will live for another 5 years.

The counter staff and the optometrist were delightful. Very professional and helpful and ensured I was happy with my frames. I had an unknown problem with my eye and the optometrist spent a long time with me to ensure that the lenses correct were correct. Highly recommend

Good range

My wife and I have well-made prescription progressive glasses but we wanted to get our sunglasses lens replaced with our latest progressive prescription. So, we went to the West Lakes Store and ordered new lens in our sunglasses (Tinted) and one more additional pair of lenses for my wife’s spare glasses (Clear Glass) we are using our old still in good condition frames.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
But when we picked up our glasses the quality of the lens where so poor, in fact totally un expectable. Because we had our original glasses to compare to the new one this highlighted just how poor a quality the normal standard supper store supplied.
The staff were very helpful and explained that the prescription was correct but due to the lens quality we could see the difference. We then agreed to pay an additional $350 + to order a better-quality HOYA brand lens in only two of the frames and hopefully we would get the vision quality that we expected.
When we picked up the two pairs the glasses, they were better but definitely not as good as the quality of lens we had in our original glasses. The main reason we could see the quality difference is because we had good quality glasses to compare the superstore quality too.
Once again, the staff were very nice. But we will definitely not be buying lens from them again.

I was the 4th person waiting for my turn to see their Optometrist and each time a customer comes out, all I heard was multifocals prescription. Guess what, I ended up with the same eye check result -multifocals! They will be nice & patient with you during sales. But after-sales service is down the drain with the money you've paid them. Please don't waste your time and hard-earned savings at this place.

Got a message to pick up my new glasses, called the store six times to provide pick up details, and received no answer. Attempted to call again a few times later on with still no answer.

The ladies on the front desk were rude and unpleasant. The optometrist just walked into her room and closed the door. I was a few minutes late but they spent the rest of the time telling me why they cannot do the eye test. They should have used the time to do the test instead! and the next patient was not there either!
