Great service. Really appreciate it the help. Was stranded and they went over and beyond even declining a sale and giving me one of their tools to use because they saw i only needed to use it once. Parked in their reserved spots too trying to get my car up and running.May God bless this store🙏🏼 angels the lot of you.

Oh. I didn't even bother to check the prices but seeing online, the coolant tank i needed is being supplied for north of 100bucks everywhere else..got it for 60 something.

This is a excellent shop and the staff are very knowledgeable about their products.
They are very competitive prices.
For a example I was quoted for the 2 bonnet and 2 boot struts for around $240.00 for the 4 struts $60.00 each by two major spare parts businesses here in Canberra.
Auto One supplied all 4 struts for less than half the price at $116.00.
You can't beat that price anywhere and quality struts were supplied and fixed the bonnet and boot 100%

Outstanding customer service, best range in Belconnen and... I'm not sure how they are on pricing, because I rarely shop anywhere else.

If these guys don't have it, you can expect the toy service down the street won't.

I went into auto one at Belconnon today to simply get some new wiper blades for my car which I was going to get my hubby to replace. What can I say, these guys really look after you from the time I entered the shop they were all so friendly & obliging.The customer service was 5 star! (a rare thing to find these days in my experience) One chap went to my car parked outside & removed the wipers,fitted the new ones & then put them back on the car all for about $13! who knew that buying a set of wiper blades could be such a pleasant experience. Thank you guys you truly are a bunch of professional gentlemen & I will be returning to you for any other service I may need for my car.I will also be recommending you to everyone.

Stock most parts, friendly and helpful staff if they don't have what I need it can be transferred by usually next day.

Parts interpreters deluxe. Not even my old Saab 9-5 appears to cause them a problem. Reasonable prices too. :)
