Long time customer; first time reviewer.

Eyes & Vision burnside are definitely worth "seeing".
It started at the front counter (aka The Heart of E&V), where I was warmly greeted by bloke who KNOW what's in style!
The Optometrists (aka Helios*), are highly educated, skilled professionals... bloody friendly too! Special thanks to NADIA - you're awesome (yeah... so is Mark).

I only visit E&V about once a year, but each time its like catching up with family - they make me feel comfortable.

This store is really great! Everyone is very enthusiastic, and the optometrist is super. she does a very detailed and scientific examination of the optometry. I have never experienced such good service and scientific process.

Very easy to book online. All staff friendly and professional. Needed the full range of testing which they did very efficiently. Excellent explanations and feedback. Spent time doing glasses selection and measurements.

Sat, 15.7.23. An appointment with Mark Wojt. a thorough re-evaluation of my lens, clear and sunglasses. Made available all relevant tests. State of the art equipment, inc AI, very impressive. Results posted on a large screen, explained in detail. The visit excellent. Will continue at this clinic.

I never enjoyed going to the optometrists until I started going to Nai and Naz at Eyes and Vision. They are so lovely, explain different options and how they work and they have the most fashionable glasses that I always walk out feeling like a model! I travel a fair way just to go here and now I take my children for their checks up too!

Excellent skilled and approachable team of optometrists. As well as providing awesome glasses frames, they corrected my glasses prescription so my eyes are so much more comfortable, and they recommended the most comfortable contact lenses I've ever had. My son was also given the best assessment and treatment for a troubled tear duct. Love this team!

The kind gentleman who assisted me with an issue with my glasses on a Saturday back in October was very helpful and gave me some good tips for future lens care, thank you!

Specs are well adjusted and fitted. Very pleasant experience and helpful, friendly, staff. I appreciated the optometrist explaining details of what she was doing. Convenient, easy location, with parking a few metres around the corner.

I had great service at Burnside Eyes and Vision. Great choice of quality frames and very patient staff when trying on hundreds of frames. In the past I have been disappointed by lack of service at the major optical chains, so very I am pleased that I switched to this company who really value personalised care and customer satisfaction.

Eyes and Vision provided excellent service for all aspects of vision help. The testing is stress free and they make you feel very comfortable. The help in choosing frames is wonderful as they suggest different ideas and talk about the pros and cons of particular styles you may be interested in and the variety is fantastic. The staff are super helpful and very friendly and I will always come back. Five star service!

Been coming here for the past few years for anything I need related to my eyesight. Naima and the team are always immensely helpful: rigorous with assessing one’s medical needs, clear and relevant communication of info that I as a layman can understand, and a willingness to find a solution that will fit one’s preferences and routine level of activity. Would heartily recommend!

Staff are so friendly and calm with kids. They are supportive and accommodating of all personality types. Nai has so many 'games' for the kids to play to assess them without the kids even realising! Honest and practical advise is given, not just a test. Can not speak highly enough of the team. We had been elsewhere previously but won't go anywhere else now 🤓

One of the best experiences I have had with knowledgable, friendly service. Would recommend. Addressed medical issues not dealt with over years of eye tests elsewhere. My eyes are happier.

Thank goodness for my eye exam when I was having trouble with my vision, they helped diagnose me with a serious brain disease that could have led to me losing my vision completely if not detected as quickly as they did. I've also had multiple pairs of specs from the amazing team at Eyes and Vision and they have been flawless every time.

I will never go to another optometrist again. Nai is absolutely a super star, one of a kind, and spot on with EVERYTHING

I’ve seen two different opticians here, for myself and my children, and they’ve been great. They’re particularly good with my chatty kids - so patient and welcoming.
