An interesting setup with rolls of carpet absolutely everywhere, not exactly a showroom feel, but these guys, Adrian and his son, are fantastic. I needed a new rug and couldn't find any of the right material anywhere and these guys custom made and sealed my oversized rug from a roll of carpet I chose, no problems in only 2 days at a great price. Looking to engage them to re-carpet my house too. Thanks again

Had a great experience with JBA, Adrian was extremely helpful and responsive with us over an extended time frame during difficult circumstances for everybody when covid delayed our renovation timetable. Our floor was in poor condition and required a lot of prep work and levelling, expertly explained and undertaken by Josh and his team. Excellence in all respects from initial personalised advice from Adrian to him visiting the site with an additional visit with the floor layer to ensure we all had the same exacting expectations. Ivan arranged his layers to carry out the most perfect job with an engineered prestige floor direct stick to an existing slab.
The finished floor is just outstanding with great care evident in the detailed junctions with other adjacent materials and finishes.

They are extremely proactive, take time to understand what the issue is, what your needs are and your lifestyle, and help you to choose a carpet accordingly. Adrian and David are extremely knowledgeable about the process and different carpets, and his carpet laying guys - Shane and Daniel are incredibly hard working and do a great job. All in all, despite some hiccups (more to do with the delay from insurance due to the choice of the restoration co. they used), JBA was on the ball, on time, and very patient while waiting for the insurance co. to get everything else done. If you need carpet or tiles of any description this is the place to go. See Sam for super service. I only wanted a small amount of commercial tiles, no other store even wanted to speak to me let alone work out how much i needed. By the way I live in Pitt Town and the job was in Narrabeen so don't let the Hornsby address be a deterrent prices are super as well.
