She reassured us, was very patient with us taking time to make decisions & super kind. We knew we were in good hands. We used Tribute Funerals for my Dads funeral on Monday they were fantastic and the day went off without a hitch. I goggled the best and they came up first and they certainly are . The whole team was great we dealt with Hillary and she went above and beyond with her help as with many of us the grief can be overwhelming and make it hard to think straight Hillary helped and guided me through that with professionalism and so much caring it was unbelievable. So thanks again Hillary you really helped me more than you realise and i thank you for that , you really are amazing at what you do. Thanks again to the whole team clearly they are highly recommended.👍

I highly recommend tribute funeral’s and their staff immensely, especially Charles and Hillary for all of the care, compassion and professionalism. They provided the most phenomenal care and support during such a difficult time for my family, making a day we were all dreading, into such a beautiful service, we are so thankful of them and for the service they provided.

We just held my mothers service at Tribute funerals. Michael recommended Deb Campbell as a celebrant.
We met with Deb, and instantly knew she was the woman for the job.

We engaged Tribute four years ago for Mum's funeral, and Robert was so kind and caring through the whole experience. Dad and we kids were really happy with the exceptional service.

Therefore, when we recently needed to organise Dad's funeral, there was no question that we would engage Tribute again. Martin was absolutely fantastic dealing with all of our (sometimes stupid) questions. The patience and care that all of the staff have shown to us, and the obvious respect they had for Dad is second to none. I would definitely recommend Tribute to anyone. Thank you to the team at Tribute for making such a sad time a little more bearable.

Regrettably had to say see you later to my sister recently. Could not have asked for a better experience in time that has no words to describe it. Martin Masson was fantastic. He recommended Lynton Round as a celebrant and we were grateful for that as you would have thought Lynton knew her. With their assistance and guidance, we were able to give my sister the send off she deserved. Rest in love Ninnie.

Tribute funerals were absolutely amazing! We prepaid and organised our Dad's funeral 5 years ago and when the inevitable came everything went so seamlessly.

We held our service at sea view function centre in Williamstown, Martin was very Pro active in ensuring all of the details were perfectly arranged, AVI systems worked, hand outs and booklets printed beautifully, the service and wake ran smoothly with all of our family and friends commenting how perfect the day had been.

I can not thank this team enough, highly highly recommend.

Martin did a great job in supporting us at a level, one can only understand, the depths of when losing a special person. Martins understanding, communicating, and providing us with the extra time we needed during the family service right through to the day of my Dad’s burial. Guiding a family of nine emotional adults (siblings) in a rational manner, surely takes alot courage and years of experience. Thank you Martin and the team @ Tribute, for respectfully understanding our cultural heritage and helping us navigate through this difficult process. Martin is a excellent operator.
