Conder Takeaway

Great fish and chips. The chips were crisp and tasty, the battered fish had lots of flavour, the batter was light and crispy it is a really nice batter. The service was excellent and friendly. The portions were just right. I highly recommend. This visit was on the 27/11/2023 for reference. A great meal at a great price. Cheers.

The wash-and-wipe plastic table cloths scream practicality. The vibe is more towards 'take away' than dine in. The staff know their product, and the turn-around of orders seems quick.

The Scallop Burger seems to be one of the signature dishes. They ask you whether you would like it with or without gravy: nice to see an establishment offering vegan options! This thing is a chip butty on steroids. For the starch afficionado, I recommend having it on a fresh roll rather than having it toasted. Takes 'carbo-loading' to the next level. After one of these, you will be ready for a run up Tuggeranong Hill.

While ordering my food the worker had missed something on my order, this was only due to her asking questions about burger fillings but the staff happily rectified the issue and the food was fast and couldn't be faulted. It seemed expensive but after the first bite the price was more than justified. Some things that truly stood out was the cleanliness of the shop and friendliness of the staff, along with some items on the menu that I've never seen in other takeaway shops.
This is definitely a place to try out if you're in the area or passing through.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food is fantastic and not overly greasy. Pizzas are 10/10z

Best chips and burger, crispy and salty and delicious! Gorgeous family restaurant, we ate in, and saw heaps of regulars come through. Workers greeted them and had little conversations which was very nice to see!

Friendly service from all staff, good selection of classic takeaway food. They'll happily fry up anything you're after that isn't made already. Quick service and food is always delicious. It's good to have another takeaway again in Conder as Lanyon was without one for a few years.

A great little takeaway with all you needs covered. The pizza is the best cooked in a real pizza oven🍕 with lots of toppings.

I ordered a pizza tonight, it was absolutely wonderful...well done guys, I have found my new Pizza shop... can't recommend it more highly

Food was good but prices are getting to expensive. I can feed the same amount of people for less at KFC

Didn’t like the way how she approached to new customers: I was just revising order If she can make it in a meal .. like revising order
She was like next time you come with correct order: there was no one behind us waiting and it was first time being there …
Anyway I could be wrong i don’t know
Food is quite good and fresh

Ordered a Barra and hake with chips, $30. The Barra was ok. But the hake was dry and smell very "fish". On Closer look, it was brown ish in colour and looked "sick". On further inspection reveal that it has been fried before and now it's battered coated for my order.
Such a shame as it's convenient, but will definitely not be going back, and so are my friends
