A client of Darren for years. His now geographical distance from us in Vic has not impacted his exceptional service one bit keeping our Macs running smoothly remotely from where he is. We've had a battle with a large provider getting decent internet at our new location and Darren has gone out of his way to sort a solution for us. Wouldn't do without him.

Darren has provided IT support for my Melbourne based business both on site and remotely for approximately 10 years. His knowledge of Mac base IT systems is extremely thorough. He has navigated my business through several IT migrations over the years all without issues.

I've found my apple technician. Darren got us out of trouble on a Sunday morning with our Mac Book Pro. A quick call to Darren was answered with "bring it around and Ill have a look at it". To our surprise he called Sunday afternoon to say it was ready. He even called a couple of days later to ask if everything was running correctly. What great service.

We're seniors and struggle with technology. Darren installed our iMac, synchronised our iPad, iPhone and we print wifi from all devices. His service is prompt, efficient and problem free. Everything works like a dream. Darren is non judgemental and very respectful. A really trustful person to have in your home.
