Sensom Luxury Bed & Breakfast

My first time staying at a B&B so wasn't too sure what to expect - however I had an amazing stay. Lee and Andrew (and Luca) were super welcoming and hospitable, providing lots of great recommendations for places to see and things to do in the area and beyond and were great to have a chat to. Breakfast was so good and the property is so beautiful and peaceful to walk through, so many gorgeous flowers all around. Really comfortable bed and beautifully decorated interiors too.

If sipping hibiscus tea and eating locally made yogurt and honey while overlooking a beautiful hinterland oasis brimming with bird songs sounds good to you, then Sensom is a must. The hosts, Andrew and Lee, are as gorgeous as the the garden paradise they have created - ensuring quality across the board…from incredibly comfy beds, fluffy (and enormous) bath towels, a cozy fireplace, carefully considered bespoke decor (that speaks to adventurous travel abroad), and the crowning touch - THE most gentle and cuddly dog named Luca. Truly a corner of heaven.

Beautiful ambiance. Truely Delightful hosts provided top service. Room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The location is throughly enchanting. Being surrounded by the wonders of nature made the stay even more pleasant. We very much enjoyed our morning walk to the pond to feed the magical Koi. Breakfast was delicious. We were so thrilled that our dietary requests were accommodated. We have found our new favourite stay in Coffs. Thank you ❤

Very tranquil and comfortable. Lee and Andrew are perfect hosts and clearly love what they have and do. The property is stunning!! Luca the host dog makes the place feel that touch more homely. Could not recommend this place highly enough.

My partner and I arrived and were greeted so kindly by the hosts, we were shown around the property and greeted by their beautiful dog. Our room- the garden suit was exceptionally clean and comfortable and we were able to unwind and relax with beverage on arrival. The breakfast in the morning was 10/10 delicious, the Bircher muesli and fresh fruit was refreshing and the best I have tasted. It was a relief to know the hosts were able to accomodate to our dietary needs and topped off breakfast with the best poached egg avocado stack I have had in a long time. Everything about this stay was relaxing and luxury for myself and my partner. It was admittedly the first bed and breakfast we had stayed in and we were in no way disappointed. Beautiful hosts, gorgeous grounds with unique decor both inside and out. A spiritual place to relax, meditate even with its own little meditation hut over looking the ponds on the beautiful grounds just past the pool gates into the the walking area of tropical grounds. Decor inside sensual and spiritual with much to look at. Bed comfy and the breakfast with hot and cold served on the patio was delicious star rating a 5 for hospitality, comfort, beauty, food and location. Highly recommended for an exceptional experience with a difference.
We were even greeted with a beautiful glass of wine.

If you want to support a unique, superb Australian Luxury Bed and Breakfast you should consider this amazing place. The friendly hosts maintain beautiful paradise like gardens including a wonderful saltwater pool. The spacious room was clean and tastefully decorated. The Breakfast was delicious and a local restaurant was great (latitude). It was the perfect location to celebrate to our wedding anniversary and we hope to make it a tradition to return every year.

Lovely setting, peaceful and relaxing. Comfortable room and bed with beautiful views. Wonderful hosts. Delectable breakfast. Great location, close to quiet beaches and natural settings. Stopped on our way to Queensland from Sydney and enjoyed it so much we stayed on our return trip. Many thanks for a perfect retreat.

Beautiful place and amazing hosts!

Peaceful retreat in the mountains on a gorgeous property, perfect place to relax and escape.

Unfortunately we had to leave in a rush earlier but had a very good time there.

The breakfast is fresh and tasty with locally grown products and some of them grown on the property itself or by the neighbours !

From the beautiful tropical gardens to the exquisite styling and comfort of the house and private rooms Sensom is the place to stay.
Our hosts Lee and Andrew were welcoming and engaging which in turn had us feeling relaxed.
Breakfast was a delicious combination of fresh and seasonal ingredients. Added to this was the exceptional morning coffee.

Recently spent 3 nights here and it was absolutely incredible! Amazing location with beautiful gardens and stunning views. The personal touches all over the property really make it unique and special. Extremely friendly and accommodating hosts, Lee and Andrew and their beautiful dog Luca cook up a delicious brekky and make sure your stay is just perfect.

If you are considering staying here stop considering and do it, it’s amazing! You won’t find anywhere else like it!

A visit to the garden of Eden !
This is a very unique experience, the grounds are breathtaking, the rooms are situated beautifully in nature, this is not a view we will ever forget. This B&B is a perfect couples getaway.
Lee and Andrew are very friendly and accommodating, it was a pleasure meeting them and chatting with them; they have made sure we felt comfortable and gave us some very worthwhile tips about the area.
If you are looking for a unique and romantic experience around Coffs Harbour, this is the place for you!

What an Amazing B&B, with the properties tropical gardens, stunning surrounds and landscape. By far the nicest place i have ever experienced in Coffs Harbour. The owners are very inviting & overall were the perfect hosts! Breakfast is deliciously thought out and executed.

Found a hidden treasure nestled in a beautiful valley minutes outside Coffs Harbour. Our 2 days stay at Sensom B&B was a highlight of our Northern NSW driving holiday. Our room was beautiful overlooking the dam and natural Australian forest. We were looked after by the owners Andy and Lee over the 2 days, they made sure we had everything we needed but also ensured we felt the tranquility of the surroundings.
Highly recommend for a short stay or if you’re lucky enough for a longer stay too.

What a fabulous BnB. Andrew and Lee are the perfect hosts. They provided much information and detail about the local area, including some running tracks near by. The property is lush, green and very quiet (all but the sounds of the waterfalls) the rooms were spacious and super clean and the Brekkie in the morning was better that you could imagine. Great coffee. Thank you both for a great stay

Five stars plus. Wonderful quiet place for a weekend escape. Our room was immaculate with our own private balcony overlooking the pond and rainforest walk. Close to Sapphire Coast beaches and the coastal walkway if you want to stretch your legs. Just far enough out of Coffs to avoid the traffic but only 15 minutes if you need to head into town. Lee and Andrew are gracious hosts! Breakfast on the balcony was a delicious way to end our stay. So looking forward to coming back!

One of my best girlfriend's and I had a wonderful stay and catch up with Lee and Andrew at the beautiful Sensom Resort. I travelled from Newcastle and she travelled from the Sunshine Coast. So relaxing and very beautiful is the resort. The saltwater pool was the perfect temperature and we really enjoyed our French champas and cocktails and platter poolside and up on the balcony. The breakfast was outstanding with locally sourced produce. After breakfast we walked around the lilly pond and meditation grounds. Just stunning! The guest house is exquisite. The room with private balcony overlooking the Grounds and bannana plantation was divine and beds extremely comfortable. We will be back.

Sensom was absolutely stunning and you immediately feel relaxed as soon as you arrive.

Lee and Andrew are the most delightful hosts of this unique and beautiful Luxury Bed and Breakfast. If you are lucky enough to stay here, all tension melts away. on arrival. Looking down to the lush vista of the immaculate gardens is healing, calming and most welcome. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast exceptional. Thankyou so much. Sensom B&B is a corner of heaven. I’m not sure which is more of a drawing card - the incredibly comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms surrounded by breathtaking gardens or the special souls (Lee, Andrew and their gentle pup, Luca) who lovingly look after the property. The common spaces are incredibly inviting - calling you in for a lazy flick through travel / wellness mags and a drink or game of cards. And just when you think the experience couldn’t possibly get any better, a fresh squeezed OJ lands on your breakfast table alongside a very yummy and healthy breakfast sprinkled with fresh herbs from the garden. I highly recommend Sensom to anyone who appreciates the healing vibes of nature and exquisite taste.
