The staff are so kind, compassionate, professional and just really lovely people. They looked after my cat for 13 years before she passed and they could not have made a difficult time any easier. I highly recommend them.

My faithful dog Jack hadd an earache .I phoned 1/2 dozen vets . I phoned BHV where. They fitted Jack him in 4 hour after i phoned.All the staff were so kind also informative to identifying the problem.Gave Jack medication ,now doing well. Thank you. Sincerely Ted C

Very impressive service. Took my visiting Cavalier there. Great care, she had a through examination, diagnosis and treatment until we return home to our local vet. Photos taken for our vet, notes and photos sent on. Great service, animal welfare was paramount. We now have a holiday vet.😊🐾

Over many visits have found them to be helpful, friendly, skilful and sympathetic. Real animal lovers with experience and knowledge.

Stephanie and the team are the absolute best, they have always taken special care of my fur babies and especially Mia who has been very sick for about 3 years, but because of the awesome team she is on the mend and I will be forever grateful. Not all hero's wear capes..

Very friendly staff. Explained in detail the problem with my dog and explained all options on how to treat her. Very helpful and easy with making new bookings too!

Bonny hills vets was amazing with my tiny chihuahua he needed to see a vet urgently for lameness. And was told to bring him in straight away.

The vet was amazing with him, they did X-ray's and kept me up to date.
