I made an order for a Baby Bjorn bouncer on Friday night last week thinking it's would be the best choice with the shipping cause we went to Baby Kingdom to get one but they said it'd take 2-4 weeks for it to arrive.

After reading all the reviews I was a bit worried that it'd take forever to come like what other people said. I dont know if it's just me but it took less than 2 business days for mine to come, the bouncer arrived this morning.

Barely made any review but I hope my review would give people who havent been ordering from Tiny Fox some positive energy.

Definitely order from them again in the future.

After my purchase I'm absolutely stoked on the fast delivery, and excellent communication updates via email on order progress, and I'm shocked your reviews are so low, because I had an exceptional online experience and prices are fairly priced. Good work 👏

Purchased some things through the website and was delivered within a few days, was scared after reading some reviews but I'm so happy with my purchase, will definitely be purchasing more.

We ordered $300 worth of Brio sets for our son, prior to reading all the reviews. To be honest I was really worried, however everything has turned up to our door and the tracking was working well.
I am not sure if we are lucky or what, but I think they are a honest business who just overwhelmed with lots of orders.

Put in an order on Thursday 27th Jan and received the Baby Bjorn Jersey bouncer Monday 31st midday. Incredibly fast dispatch and delivery (selected standard shipping). Where Baby Village had no stock and days to reply to my email. I was able to get what i wanted at Tiny Fox. Thank you!

Excellent store and service! Very good prices and very fast delivery. After-sales service was prompt and effective, far better than the manufacturer. Looking forward to shopping at Tiny Fox again, highly recommended!

Personal experience was great, the delivery was slow but I wasn't in a hurry. What I was getting was on special and during Covid so I'm understanding that things can take longer to be delivered.

After reading the reviews they don’t seem to stock all items on their website in store and maybe just order them in as needed.. our item was a tiny bit cheaper through TinyFox so we ordered with them. After not being shipped 1-2 weeks later I followed up and was told that they were waiting on delivery from a distributor and would be in by the end of the week. Item was shipped out the next day with tracking. Not ideal if you need your items immediately

Legit company but 10 days to pack and ship out the parcel is slow. Maybe they don’t have stock as suggested on their website. Once my order was sent out it was 2 further days to receive. No shipping estimate times on their website.

Would not buy from here again. Parcel took more than a week to arrive after selecting the delivery service that showed expected delivery was the following day. Customer service was NOT HELPFUL and only offered to refund half of the delivery fee and didn't chase up courier.

Scam Website , I wouldn’t buy from. I purchased a few ear muffs for my children and a few weeks have gone by and still nothing has been posted.
I have tried to reach out to them about my concerns but I always just get automatic responses.

Poor customer service cannot provide an update on my package that was never delivered. ordered on the 16th dec now 24th jan. Tried lodging a complaint and have not received a response expect they are looking into it every two days. Have now gone to fair trade. Warning DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed and paid for an order 17th November. It’s now 8th December and after multiple emails with no response I tried the chat only to be messed around and then told they have closed the chat down. Still waiting on refund or items I ordered!

Made a purchase and their website tracking said that the expected delivery date was supposed to be a week later. Date arrived, order wasn't even dispatched. Contacted them. They apologise for the delay and it will be going out Sunday and I will receive an email with tracking. It was then that I discovered the reviews and the poor track record of the company. So I wanted to keep an eye on this.
Following Tuesday, still no update. Follow up again. Same story - dispatch will be Sunday, email with tracking.
Guess what happened? ANOTHER week later. Same story. Still no dispatch. Emailed them and received again another apology and been told my parcel had been dispatched and here was the tracking.
Another week, and another lie. Tracking number from the week before still isn't showing anything on the aramex website (their chosen courier), followed up again, and have been told that the courier is experiencing delays. That doesn't explain why the tracking doesn't exist in their system.
This time I've gone straight to aramex to hopefully get some confirmation that the order exists, if its in their hands, then amazing, its on the way. I am just doubting that the order even exists right now. I have also informed Tiny Fox that I will be opening a PayPal dispute if the items aren't in my hands before the end of the month.
Not sure if it's a police or consumer affairs issue, but I'll also be taking it there because looking at the reviews, there's certainly a pattern here and they need to be held accountable.

Tiny fox allows you to purchase the baby product you need even though they don't have stock available. I had to wait 8 weeks for a baby bouncer!!!! They didn't follow up or contact me either. I had to consistently contact them asking for an update every week. They promised me week by week it will arrive but it never did. I've never had such a horrible online shopping experience like this. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing baby products from them especially when you need them asap. See attached screem shots of our conversation history, I eventually asked for a refund after 8 weeks of waiting for my baby bouncer!

Really horrible experience. Ordered an item which they said would be shipped and arrive within 2 days approximately. After a week I followed up and they lied and said they couldn't find my order, then lied and said my payment was cancelled (felt like they were insinuating I cancelled it?) and that is why they couldn't find my order. They then showed me payment cancellation occurred a week after my order (my item was supposed to arrive 2 days after ordering). When I asked them to raise an order and ship to me as I still wanted the item, and that they can contact Paypal for whatever payment problem they think they have, they told me to contact Paypal to get a refund. Very clear they stuffed up and had no more stock and couldnt fulfil my order, but wasted my time asking for screen shot of this and that to prove my order, and trying to make out like it is my fault for the cancellation when it was them. I pointed this out to them and still they did not take any ownership for stuffing up or wasting customer's time.

Made a toy order on 28 November. The estimated delivery date was 20 December. On 15 December, I emailed the store to confirm delivery would be before Christmas as the order status still reads “processing.” On 16 December, customer service advised it would be another 5-8 business days before it’s even shipped. She indicated delivery would be another 4-8 business days after it ships.

Don’t order from this vendor unless you’ve got months to wait around for your order’s arrival. I would never have purchased from them if they’d been honest about their processing and shipping times.

Edit: I’ve just received an email advising the order has been cancelled due to the item I ordered being out of stock. Makes me wonder - if I hadn’t followed up, how long would it have taken them to realise the item was out of stock and contact me?
