Visited the store to buy some candle making supplies. We were very happy with our experience. Cathy welcomed us happily and provided all the information we needed. Customer service was really good and impressive.

I decided to make my own candles as I hate to waste used candle jars. As a complete beginner I was so impressed by the products and service from here. My purchase came with an instruction book that is easy to follow but still technical enough to give a great quality result, and every purchase I've made has been quick to arrive. The scents are also great, I've tried several and they all have far superior cold and hot throw compared to my usual candle purchases. I made a batch with my mum and she agrees that the scent is beautiful even without burning. I just followed the recommended ratio from my instructions to get this beautiful result. The soy wax that I purchased looks so clean and lovely in my candles. They're not perfect but I didn't expect to be so much happier with my own candles compared to store bought! Easy to order online and a great selection of candle scents. What I really liked was the packaging. They used some type of used box paper cut up and I thought wow that's different and great for the environment. Delivery was expected. Love my items will definitely order from here again. Highly recommend.

I've ordered here at least five times in the past year for my candle making and every time the service has been outstanding. They're always quick to follow up on any orders and lets me know if I have duplicated a scent (by accident!!) in my order.

I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to Jackie for making our trip there a few weeks ago a stress free experience.

My husband and I ordered a couple of the DIY Candle Making Kits as something to do whilst in lockdown in Victoria. These kits were very easy to follow and the fragrances were delightful!
