Coles Express Berowra

This petrol station is great. Staff are excellent and of a great service, they have Gas refill, Trailer hire, woodfire and most importantly TOILET THAT IS CLEAN.

They have the new coffee expresso machine that is smooth and nice

Conveniently located as the first service station you come to after exiting the M1 motorway, or alternately the 2nd last petrol before Gosford if you’re heading north. Always clean and tidy, the Coles express has any essentials you may need but be prepared to pay for the convenience. Petrol prices tend higher than suburbs further south so check fuel price apps before choosing to fill up here.

I recently visited the local Coles store, and my overall experience was just average. The store was clean and well-organized, which was a plus. However, I found the prices to be a bit higher compared to other supermarkets in the area.

The selection of products was decent, but I couldn't find some items that I needed, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the checkout lines were quite long, and there weren't enough staff members available to assist customers.

On a positive note, the staff members I did interact with were friendly and helpful. However, the store could benefit from having more employees on the floor during busy hours to ensure a smoother shopping experience.

In conclusion, the local Coles is a convenient option for basic grocery needs, but I might explore other options in the future due to the higher prices and occasional product unavailability.

My experience of the staff is that they're usually friendly. This is a useful stop off on the way home to pick up milk or whatever else you need from the shop. However you'd be fool to buy fuel here as it's consistently the most expensive in the area.

Toilets was filthy and hadn't been cleaned.

Disgusting amenities, when mentioned to woman at counter as the sign says to if dissatisfied, she pretended to be shocked & said it was cleaned this morning!
These photos were taken after I used many sheets of paper to wipe rim,underside & top of seat as my pH was in car & I was in a hurry if ya know what I mean, you can see by the staining these amenities are not well looked after & of no importance to the owners or staff,why would they be when they continue making millions without having to show customers respect for the money they overcharge for fuel & everything inside!!!

So arrogant Indian staff member 25/10 at 1930 hrs. We stood outside door for few moments and he came told us to stand on side because door was opening and closing because of our movements. Rude. Never going again.

Rude service with an odd aggressive undertone.

Note to Coles employee trainers - please make sure employees understand that wearing food handling gloves is just a part of food hygiene.
