If you're searching for truly delicious and decadent iced chocolate and chocolate soft serve ice cream, look no further! The iced chocolate is perfect, made with their high-quality chocolate and topped with their signature chocolate flakes. The serving size is generous, too. My husband, who loves soft serve, declares it the best in Sydney. The soft and creamy ice cream is served in a chocolate-dipped waffle cone with extra chocolate bits at the bottom. It's topped off with chocolate syrup and a slice of chocolate for good measure! They also have a good selection of their chocolates at decent discounted prices. The large chocolate with almond gold bar is my personal favourite! The kids love the individually wrapped chocolate pieces, but don't let them go too crazy as it's not cheap! Customer service is good, although we've come across a couple of unfriendly staff. It would be nice if they offered a sit-down area for enjoying their menu drinks and ice cream, but if it helps maintain their current quality, then leave it as it is. This spot is a hidden gem!

Its the only closest Lindt shop for western sydney people. Amazing place with lots of discount on chocolates, specially those boxes where you can stuff as much chocolate as you want (of course depending upon size the box) . Do try their liquor chocolates too. Also Never ever , i mean ever miss their signature item - Hot chocolate.

What a fantastic shopping experience! Try their new flavours (free samples), Cafe inside. Can't believe the bargains we picked up AND the customer service was spot on. Lots of close parking - well worth the drive

Always fun to go here and pick out the exact chocolates you want. They have a wonderful variety of individual ones and lots of gift packs. The greeter was very friendly and offered free samples. It is a bit pricey but that’s how it goes with this brand. Husband got a hot mocha that wasn’t bad but not great either. It’s worth the trip.

I and my family visited the Lindt Factory Outlet. Lindt chocolate is a Swiss made chocolate brand. You can get here a range of delicious chocolates. The shop has excellent display counters. The staff is polite, friendly and cooperative. We purchased lots of variety of chocolate. Highly recommended for visiting this place with family.

The best chocolate place in Sydney. Situated in the heart of Marsden Park shopping precinct. Its a must if you are a chocolate 🍫 lover. They have weekly specials in house on different varieties of chocolates. The Cafe has the best hot & cold beverages that will knock your taste buds into next month. Don't take my word for it. Check it out for yourself

I love the Lindt Factory Outlet, it is the ultimate place for lovers of chocolate. The Lindt Factory Outlet has a huge range of discounted Lindt chocolate in which some are not available in the supermarkets. The Lindt Factory Outlet also sell drinks and ice cream.

Don't come expecting to see how they make chocolates or a tour of their factory as the name says. Its just a outlet that gives you the option of choosing lindt chocolates that you like. Sadly there isn't any 'try and buy' option. They also have a coffee shop near the billing section if you are craving one. Let the pictures speak for themselves.

I promised myself I wasn't go to but caved very quickly upon seeing 50-75% off majority of items in store. Endless rows of chocolate in flavours not seen at the local grocery store. Freshly ground coffee along with tempting hot/cold chocolate beverages. Staff were really friendly and even gave us free samples.

My wife and I chanced upon the Lindt Factory Outlet whilst visiting Marsden Park.

The outlet has a huge selection of chocolates that required all of our self control to resist the urge to splurge. Four tins of chocolate flakes for our hot chocolates and mochas did get purchased.

We took the opportunity to order two mochas from the friendly staff. Thick, creamy chocolatey goodness - some of the best mochas we have ever had!

This place is like Charlie n the chocolate factory but for Lindt! And honestly the customer service here is 5 st⭐r!!!

If you love chocolate and i mean LOVE chocolate, this is 1 place you must not miss. You could easily spend hours picking and choosing.

There are some flavours that i have not seen before in shops both in the bar variety and the Lindt ball.

Do you love chocolate? Then you’ll love Lindt factory outlet in Marsden park. They have a variety of chocolates as you can see in all the images. Melt in your mouth delicious chocolate!! In addition there is a cafe on-site. It was hot tge day I was there so I opted for an ice mocha, yummy 😋

Chocolate heaven, friendly staff and plenty of parking. You can get a coffee or a hot chocolate here too. Be mindful of specials at the major supermarkets they could be the same price and sometimes cheaper.

Plethora of chocolate variety. Quality of chocolate is excellent. Must try their mocha, you will definitely love the flavour and aroma. Must visit this place to buy delicious chocolates.

Went there today had a amazing experience really friendly staff and the lady making my hot chocolate was so lovely she made my experience so much better I highly recommend this Lindt factory outlet
