Always a positive experience. The young team are always helpful and friendly and defer to knowledgeable senior staff if they are unsure. The welfare of the animals they have is always priority including the ensuring fish only go to appropriate environments and the rescue cats are well cared for. There is always treats and pats when I bring my dogs for a bath. Well done team.

Hailey is the most kind and knowledgeable employee I have ever met! She helped me out with any question I asked, price matched my purchase and even gave me a free gift bag. She is such a lovely person and I hope she gets a raise or becomes a manager some day. Thank you hailey

Today I came in concerned for my cat who is having some issues. Two of the girls helped me.. Sophia and I can’t remember the other ones name! I’m so grateful at their empathy, knowledge and genuine care they showed for my concern. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Went into Petbarn at Narrabeen today to buy a couple aquarium supplies. I was helped out by an extremely knowledgeable young lady named Hailey. The customer service was outstanding!!!! She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and assist me. Petbarn, you have one of the best employees that has provided me with the best customer service I have experienced!! Highly recommend!!

I went in today to source out new options for Cat Food and Hailey was incredible! She was super knowledgeable and answered every question I had in great detail. I learnt more about cats in the 25 minutes I was there than I have from anyone else. Will definitely be re visting!!

Great staff at Pet Barn. And our boy loves the din dins there as it reduces his farting, which was a problem with other brands of din dins. In fairness, breathing makes him fart. The bath at Pet Barn is fun!

Give Harriet and Sophia a raise as they are extremely helpful and passionate about any pet and give great advice!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff, and a good selection of food, toys and other pet necessities. Our favourite place to buy pet things, and whenever we take our puppy in she gets spoilt rotten with pats and treats too!

Lovely super helpful staff and super easy to use dog wash!
We took our dog in to give her a wash at tge self dog wash after taking her to the beach and she came out looking beautiful!
We also needed help finding filters for our cats water fountain and Ruby looked it up for us and grabbed the right ones.
If we didn't live so far away this would be our regular pet barn for sure!
