I was tested around 8:05 in the morning and got my results less than 24 hours later. The four women working here at that time were both efficient and friendly. Didn't have long to wait either as I was seen to within five minutes once they started working (though it does help if one turns up around half an hour before opening). No GP referral was needed, nor was I asked for a pen. The woman who did my test did so with efficient swiftness and didn't cause any more discomfort than necessary. All in all, the setup and staff were very well organised.

I've had about 3 tests over the last year at this clinic, two at just before 8pm (before closing) and yesterday at 8.40am. It's been super quick each time, pretty much no lines, less than 10 minutes, and the staff are always lovely. Test results have arrived within 24 hours, and yesterday's came in just after 11 hours.

I have had to have tests twice in the last few weeks due to a hospital admission. Both times there was virtually no queue and had results within 12 hours. A tip for new customers as you approach look on the witches hat for a QR code (use your phone camera not NSW app). Complete your registration while waiting. Any subsequent visits the code will pick up your details once you scan and record your name.

I took my dad to get tested which he needed to do for his specialist appt. We turned up around 8:30am and we were in & out in under 10mins. No complaints from my Dad, pretty gentle when swabbing. Best of all dad received his negative result on the same day, well within the required 72 hrs. Great service!

The parking system needs some attention, I'd advise not parking in the spots but forming a queue along the back of them, 2 wheels up the curb. The lady that was there this morning (Monday Jan 4th) was lovely but working by herself and working very hard. I hope her shift wasn't too long or some back up arrived.

I don't know why the others are complaining. You arrive get a number put it on your dashboard and wait for doctor to find your number when it comes up.
Would you rather do that or wait in line with other potential covid case's for hours.

Dr was very gentle with test not like the other one I had where it felt like she was trying to touch my brain.
Results were super fast. 10am test 8pm results same day.

Both my husband and I got our results in exactly 12 hours. The ladies that did our tests were very kind, efficient and made us feel comfortable. Would recommend to everyone.

I’m relieved I came to this place, cos of work I need to do test every 3 days and roselands was becoming horrible waiting times… we went to riverwood at 6pm Saturday and it took only 10 minutes! Let’s hope the results don’t tKe long but happy so far, the staff very nice and lovely, they were obviously tired from working since 8am! Thank you

I came around 8.30am, was in and out within 15 or so minutes. Very efficient process. And I just got my results 24 hours later!

The quickest test ever in and out in about 15 minutes,staff were fantastic and i feel im doing something towards this mess we're in.
Guys and girls lets get this done as soon as you can,sooner we do it the sooner we get back to some normality.

Been tested a few times here, reasonable wait times and results have come back in 12-24hrs.

15 minutes wait this morning staff were excellent, you queue up then reverse your car over a rounded kerb to park under the marquee for your test, which is a little dangerous for the staff & also a lot of fumes .

Happy with it all lots of car going around the block got the best tests done thanks too staff of testing centre

Use to go to Roselands drive through until I went to riverwood way better went in the morning got my results midnight really fast
