Great shop and moreover shop owner is gem of a person. I'm his regular customer since my university days and he used to give me discounts in my struggling days. I'll never forget his helping nature. If you tell which products you need in advance, he'll manage anyhow to bring it on said date. God bless Najeeb.

Love going to this shop the owner najeeb is just so friendly when I go with my children he always gives them candy's and lollies . Everyday my kids ask me when are we going to uncle najeebs shop. His products and prices are also very comparable.

My go to place when I am running short of Indian grocery. One can choose from North and south Indian frozen food options, Indian snacks, fresh leafy veggies, variety of flours. The quality of products have definitely improved and more options to chose from. One can choose variety of dry fruits and nuts as well. Of all, the service deserves over 5 stars which makes want to go back again and again. Don't mind spending extra few dollars especially due to the way. The Owner is very generous and at times throws a freebie as well😀😀

While travelling from Melbourne to Gold Coast, I had a quick stop at the Himalayan Spice centre. My experience was great with friendly staff and a lot of variety which I didn't get at Gold Coast 👍

This shop is located on the cusp between the railway station and
the main road with ample free parking facilities.
Najib, the owner, is an educated, friendly, hard working and proactive gentleman claims the success of a super retail store.
Excellent customer service by the family oriented team!
Items include North Indian, South Indian, Pakistani, Afghani and Sri Lankan cuisines in addition to daily fresh vegetables. The owner is very alert in selling expired products.
It happens that customers shopping from distant places are being
offered a free cup of tea or coffee by the owner.

I was recommended this shop by my friend and I was new to the country I took a train and went to shop with my wife when I finished the owner Najeeb said I will help u to the car at that time I said I don’t hav one we will go back by train he said wait for 25 minutes I am closing the shop and he dropped us home. I have never gone anywhere else

It is more than normal Indian grocery shop , the owner is so helpful, honest. He goes off the way to help you. Give you advise on the products in the store.

Once I need Mango Leaves for Pooja and he offered me a small mango plant kept outside his shop - I had not word for his generosity.
At times, when I need something and he does not have it , he says he will find it and deliver it home.

Sometimes I do not need big pack and he does not have small in store, he will open the big packet and give me half for the half price.

Price are the lowest compared to near by areas.

I will recommend this shop to anyone!!

Been here twice, first time for sweets. Not made here but brought in....bit expensive but they are worth it!
Also, I've been looking for Prawn Balichow for quite some time now. Nobody i tried had it and the last shop i tried said...."...never heard of it, what is it? You sure it's Indian?" Wow.
On my last visit to Thornleigh i was so glad i went in to ask for it!!! Not only did he know what it is but he had it also!

Himalaya spice centre has always got the widest variety of grocery itms I have seen.The shop has very high quality items used in Indian, and other south asian cuisines. The turnover is so high that everything is always fresh! Najib has good knowledge of what he sells and always provides a friendly service. Highly recommend.

Have been going to the Himalaya Spice Centre for years now. I get many of my Indian spices and cheese here. As well as large bags of rice and coconut powder. We also buy our frozen Paratha's here. They sell cooked biryani towards the end of the week. Have lots of fresh herbs and some veg. At inexpensive prices.

Been coming to Nazeeb's shop for so many years now and seen it grow change the years. He stocks a really fantastic range of goods, from fresh veggies to rice, Bollywood DVDs to savoury snacks and fresh sweets, biryani to frozen goods, ready to eat meals, flours, lentils, pickles, and of course, spices. Really everything you could need from your local sub continental grocery store.

This is the store you need to go if you want to learn a thing or two of customer service...wow..how does this come naturally?? Really impressed

This place is tucked away in a waist size high
Laid back atmosphere this place has exceptional varieties but I found on my vacation there the staff deserve double and there everlast of peace and customer care

Friendly owners and one of the widest varieties of Indian spices and foods, I know some friend come from Mosman and further to shop here. We are lucky to have it so close.
