Excellent service

Very quick to send an invoice for work to be done, followed by a lot of false promises on timeframes. Limited responses to requests for an updates after not seeing goods for months, did not send tracking number as promised for first “attempt” at sending goods and STILL waiting for goods and tracking number with no response.

Purchased a firearm, it was not sent for 5 weeks after date of purchase even after being told it had been posted, wouldnt buy from here again if life depended on it.

Worst gunsmith I have ever been to, told the shop to do a Cerokate job on the pistol frame in 2017, the shop accidentally removed original bluing on my pistol slide, which I did not tell the shops to do the job, wait more than 6 month with no contact from the shop, and now they still refused to give back my pistol.

These guys did a mates pistol, butchered it . Has been back 3 times and still looks like a backyard jobby. Needs to be followed up and fixed ASAP.
