I had a good experience I was seen quite quickly but I wasn't organised with my tax deductible it can effect your out come so I recommend to anyone doing tax and you pay be organised not like me apart from that they do a good job

Not impressed that I paid for a service and they then took over a week to file my return with the ATO. I could have done it myself online a lot faster. I won't be using them again.

Useless I submitted a return in office and paid. 8 weeks later I called ato and was informed my return was not submitted. I am out of pocket $140

Booked an appointment for a tax return for 9am on Monday morning and received confirmation email with the name of the accountant for the day. Turned up at their office at 8:55am door shut. Called service centre and was told that their office hours start from 9:30am. If that was the case, the confirmation email is useless. Business hours posted on the door stated Mon to Fri, 9am to 8:30pm. Unacceptable if they changed appointment time without advising their clients. I wasted 30 mins waiting at their door and no apologies given. Unprofessional all round.

Appointment requested, had to wait 2 weeks, no problem. Received multiple emails reminding me of the appointment, including one within 48 hours before appointment. Turn up, no one is there. Call HQ, was told someone is coming in. HQ make a further call and say no one is coming. Am told the office has IT issues and I have fallen through the 'cracks'. Poor service, unprofessional, bad systems, your ideal tax partner?
(No ability to private message Hazel, suggest you look at your system to get my number. I believe I did speak to the District Manager, Deleen, yesterday).

Poor customer service.
Multiple errors made in calculating my tax, including foreign income. I was advised I would need to make a tax payment of approx. $1000. Once they submitted my return to ATO, the bill increased to $5600 due to a mistake made by HR block.
There is no quality control or checking of tax returns which you would expect from such a large company.

The one in queen street has HORRIBLE service. Honestly would give it zero stars. Strongly recommend you not to go here. You would save a lot of time, effort and money, if you just go to a different company or agent. 😕
