Northside BMW Service Centre

The service from Damien at Northside BMW is always exceptional. A genuine and helpful person, who provides a much more personal and authentic service experience than the big centres and other brands I have experienced. It isn't always good news - sometime it costs money!! But Damien advocates for the customer and you can trust that you aren't getting done over. He is a key contributor to our ongoing brand loyalty and sets the standard for others to aspire to. I've had similarly good experiences with the Brisbane BMW Body Shop folks at the same facility also, so something is going right at Hendra. Well done!

These guys look after me, even though I can be a difficult customer at times they treat me very well. Very helpful.

Amazing customer service

The service from Damian and Josh was great and follow-up was good. Didn't give 5 stars, because we had agreed I could pick up my Series 1 on Thursday, but no-one messaged or called me that they had to keep my car for another day. All good. But usually I'd prefer if somebody would have told me without me having to call the service centre.

Good effort

Don’t recommend to do anything at Northside one as they not doing their job as it supposed to be not happy at all as I’ve been with them for years , really disappointed.
