Contacted this company a couple months before surgery to organise respite. Went through the process of giving information, answering questions and filling in details with Lyndall.
A day after my surgery, when the support was due to come, I received a call to say that the support had cancelled due to an overseas family issue. They offered a replacement who said he would call to touch base (but never did). Then he called in sick.
I tried to find out what was going on but no one ever responded. I gave up
Months later, Justin called. He listened to my issues and then passed me on to a social worker who then called an ambulance unnecessarily for a welfare check! I had actually asked the social worker to call the following week - which he never did.
One year later, I received a follow up call. Never again will I ever use this service as they are highly unreliable.
