Aivan listened to our ideas and gave feedback on what he thought would/wouldn’t work which was great! He even accommodated some last minute/unexpected changes for us which we really appreciated. The final product on the night was even better than what we could have hoped for!

Best customer service, moderate price, high quality service and on time

BE AWARE - Was not happy with how they lied and didnt stick to their word. I was getting married in 2018 as we were waiting on my partners visa we were not 100% exact on the date. I spoke to Aivin and explained the situation and he said he understood and that for us to pay the deposit and he would return it if it didnt go ahead as it was a complicated situation. Trusting their world i paid them 500 dollars as soon as i recieved their email and my partner didnt get his visa and we couldnt not go ahead with it. I tried to contact them they have not responded at all. Even after this I recommended them for a friends wedding and then when they saw my parents then they said they will return the money and they still have not responded at all. Will never trust them or recommend them to anyone again.I have given them enough time to respond and even after 2 years I got nothing back.

RESPONSE:
YES my wedding did go ahead and it was organised within 2 days as my partner came for wedding and left in couple of days and we were restricted for time and it did not happen on the days we discussed. I did NOT organise any decorations with any one else as i did not have anytime and let it to the hotel so the hotel just used the white chairs they have and some fairy lights for the back drop. please know the fact before you put it out there. yes it is the contract that you wont give the deposit back but i trusted your words! Thanks for your response finally after so many times of trying through email and text. This was the way to get an answer. Have a good day.

We spent months planning our wedding with him. 8 days before the event he threw a tantrum abruptly cancelled on us via text message. Avoid at all costs.
