Great shopping experience. Needed some items removed from my cart after purchase, no issue with having this rectified within 24 hours. Communication on delayed delivery due to waiting for your stock to arrive was excellent, dispatch and delivery times were well communicated when my order was complete.

Joel was amazing , he tried very hard to find the best product for me. Hayden was amazing earlier in the week, checking out our van to make sure we got the right parts. Great service Outback Equipment.

I recently had a small issue that I discussed with Corey at Customer Service. Corey went out of his way, maintaining communication providing a satisfactory outcome. I am very appreciative of his efforts and he gained a customer for life.

I have been in to collect a couple of purchases now and recommend this store. I am new to this and Aidan was very helpful with suitable products. He gave me multiple options of products I needed and took the time to explain each option.

Great Service and an awsome range of products. Turn around time from order to delivery/pick up petty quick and if there are any mishaps or mistakes (either by myself or from outbacks end) the staff are always able to assist and get things sorted - i recommend you guys to everyone.

So easy to walk in to the store to get great advice and pointers. No waiting for mail deliveries. I bought the Cruisemaster D035 package, upgrading my car and van towing hardware. The fit was easy with no problems other than using a tension wrench for the main bolts...just another tool for the garage.

I've had nothing but excellent experiences both online and in-store. Recently, I made a purchase but unfortunately the item couldn't be delivered within a reasonable time frame. However, the communication from the team was proactive, and I received a prompt refund. A special thanks to Summer for her exceptional service!

I got in touch with "outback equipment" for a special order request. There sales staff were very proactive in getting back to me, and were proactive in trying to source the product. I felt that they listened to my request, and I appreciated the customer service that they gave me. I contacted Summer from Outback Equipment after we lost a part for my tailgate lift kit. After sending through a couple of photos, she identified the part, contacted the supplier and has organised to have a replacement sent up to me within hours. I have bought quite a bit of gear through Outback Equipment, some of which was delayed due to supply chain issues, however, my last experience was great with my items being held for pickup and plenty correspondence letting me know where things were up to. On pickup Aidan was very helpful with additional information and discussion/recommendations regarding the products I was after.

Was doing a day trip from Sunshine Coast to Yatala chasing some 4x4 parts, when I needed some items last minute. I called outback equipment and Lindi was amazing help. She got a last minute item sorted whilst I was driving and was amazing help. Couldn’t recommend more customer service was amazing.

Amazing customer service from Joel over the phone, had to ask some specific questions about a water tank I wanted and he went out of his way to measure the inside of the tank for a sensor I also wanted, very happy customer over here!!!

Costumer service at Outback is the best, I love it, also because I dunno a lot about about it and im building my bus so I have a lot of unknown - learning as I go.

Is good to know I have someone reliable to ask. Aiden at the front desk is so friendly, even if is a lot of people waiting on the line, he takes time to explain to me and always with a good vibe actitud.

Also I called in regards of my order and a girl Call Summer was super genuine helpful and kind.

Is definitely my place to go for my bus built, even if i have to drive 45 min to get there. :)

Have purchased from these guys on a number of occasions and have always been well looked after, especially the filter kits, extremely good value for money.
Aiden sorted me out last time with some croc brackets for my awning, opening up the box and letting me get to see the actual product before I purchased them.

have bought a couple of electric motors plus a lot of other outdoor stuff, staff are very helpful even ringing me directly with information & the service is top notch. If a product is out of stock they go the distance to source it . postage is really fast and well and securely packed . most highly recommended sellers who are knowledgeable about the products the sell with advice from experience too . thanks to you all

Outback Equipment has a small range of products in their showroom but are more of an online store. They have a full range of products (like camping equipment etc) online to order. They do have a display of different ranges of car awnings to check out at the store. Great Staff, and good parking.
