BIG W Willows

PLEASE HAVE A READ… Well this was the last place we looked for a pair of shoes for the wife and was absolutely gobsmacked to find Michelle bridge’s brand of runners shoes that fitted perfectly in BIG W . All the shoe shops we tried had nothing and now don’t make sizes in half sizes like 7 and 1/2. Apparently nobody wants this size anymore well done guys on your wonderful service and attitude. cheers big ears

Great Christmas selection

Great variety of items to choose from. Reasonable prices. Helpful friendly staff. Layby setup was a breeze and they were helpful in explaining everything to me. Also had an issue with a barcode at the self-serve checkout, in which the lovely lady at the front took me to an empty register to check it out manually. Very helpful and was super nice. Even wished me a merry Christmas on leaving. Very happy customer and will definitely be returning!

Very large store with vast array of clothing for all types and all gender assignments. Plenty of books, games, dvds for all age groups. Reasonable prices as expected.

Huge range of stock. Heaps of sales. Clean tidy and cool. Helpful staff. A big shout out to Gavin Coghill for his professional assistance. Amazing service

The Assistant Store Manager at this store went above and beyond to help me get my vacuum sorted. She went searching for my receipt, (even though she had to find it through an old system) contacted the supplier and kept me in the loop with how it was progressing. She found it the receipt (from Feb 2018) and got my store credit all sorted! She is a gem and should be celebrated as a valued member to your Big W franchise.
