Absolutely amazing service from all the boys - they really know their stuff. I recently had an excellent experience with Pro-computers in Nambour. Dropped my laptop in with a broken screen and was fixed in less than 48 hours. Despite arriving just before closing time to pick it up, the staff stayed back so I could collect it and to also fix a broken key. I highly recommended Pro-computers for their excellent service.

I have been really happy to have ProComputers Nambour as my "go-to" computer repair business. I had a problem with my microphone on my computer at a critical time for me, and Morris was wonderful to deal with. He sorted out the problem within a few hours, and reinstalled software and updates and now I have no issues. I would highly recommend this business.

Many thanks to Maurice and team for building me a new desktop. Special thanks for recovering all personal data from old PC, including email contacts from an old version of Windows Mail. Maurice was able to log in to my PC at home via TeamViewer, to finalise the import of email contacts. Excellent products, workmanship, service and advice. Highly recommended.

Pro computers Nambour have looked after our IT issues for over 5 years now. I honestly can't speak highly enough. Their customer service and knowledge is amazing, and thats hard to find these days.

I wish to Say that after a somewhat traumatic (for me) crashing of
my computer when no matter what I did I could not get anything
going except for the almost blank screen. I telephoned Pro computers in Rigby Street Nambour and spoke to Mauricio Andres the technician who listened the symptoms and then asked if I could possibly bring it in next morning (Saturday) Which I did thinking I would be unable to access some important files for some time which would be very inconvenient.
Mauricio was most professional in his dealing with me and began a diagnostic preview straight away. After assuring me
he would hopefully be able to contact me later in the day or on the Monday I left the centre.
Much to my gratification I received a call from Mauricio to say that I could come and pick up a now working, repaired and fully functioning computer that very afternoon, which I did.

Pro Computers Nambour have been my saving graces for technical repairs and maintenance on my laptops and Apple products since 2018. Throughout this period, they have carried out diagnostic tests, system reloads, data backups, including user data and software setups. I had the MSP Essential Plan added to my laptops long age, which, through its continuous 24/7 protection monitoring, has given me security and peace of mind. It is great.
I have no hesitation in recommending to others, this team of wonderful, professional and friendly IT geniuses.

Have just taken advantage of the $129 service available atm. Cant fault it at all. No hidden costs. Totally upfront with all charges. I did an upgrade which was extra but they told me about this straight off. Same day service. Everything is perfect. They followed up today making sure I was happy. I had a question which I emailed them about and as I had upgraded to Windows 11 and they were on the phone within 5 minutes replying to my query. This was a totally great experience for me as I had previously spent big dollars whilst trying to solve an email problem so was very uneasy. Can highly recommend.

I took my computer to Pro Computers to be cleaned up. They did a great job and phoned me with the diagnostic problem with in 2 days. I will go back to them.

He was able to log in remotely (with my permission) and fix most of the problems. For the more complex issue all it took was a quick visit. Great service at this shop. If needing a new computer or work done on existing computer/laptop highly recommend Pro Computers. Explained what I needed to replace my 12 year old laptop. A far better outcome than going to the electrical retailers that sell computers where you often get home with something that ends up not really meeting your requirements.

The boys at Pro Computers are wonderful, we purchased our latest computer from them last year and took on their anti virus package. When they had their special service deal I knew that they would be able to make sure ours was working great and get rid of an annoying pop up that was causing us problems. Which they did.
