I had Sarah piercing my 2 helix's, and seconds. She made my first experience with a needle piercing very relaxing, she asked how each piercing felt and was overall an enjoyable experience.

Vibe was on point, great staff!

I did specifically ask the sales assistant if the jewellery would tarnish as I was replacing an earring that had turned green. She confirmed twice it wouldn't.
The earring turned green within 2 months...

Third time I have gone to go in for something very specific to the store and it has not been open despite the website saying it was going to be open for another hour. I'm genuinely fed up with this store failing to adhere to or display closing times. There was no note on the closed store when I went to check. Honestly so disappointing.

Rude staff member answered the phone in an abrupt way and was not helpful at all.
