Altura Vista Cottages

If you want a getaway close to brisbane this is the place to whine down and also ask the very important question to your love one. Nancy was an amazing host, the place is really clean and maintained to a high standard. I would 100% come back here again.

We had 3 amazing nights at Altura Vista Cottages, we were greeted by the friendly quirky alpacas. The views from the deck were stunning, there was plenty of room to relax, eat, drink and soak in the atmosphere.
You just feel relaxed as soon as you sit there.
The spa on the deck was heated for the cooler evenings and we enjoyed the fire pit that had been set up in the bbq area on the 1st night.
The cottage itself is beautifully presented, comfortable and the bathroom is gorgeous.
We cooked all of our own meals as you just don't actually want to leave, the kitchen has everything you need and we were gifted a very generous welcome pack as we stayed 3 nights.
The wood burner kept us warm in the evenings and lots of wood provided for us to use.
Hosts were friendly and communication was easy and quick.
This was a present from my birthday and it was a perfect weekend. Ste done good. We will definitely be back. Loved every second

Absolutely blown away by this amazing place. The views are magnificent and the serenity is so peaceful. We stayed in the treetop cottage and as soon as we opened the door we just thought 'wow'. Communication with the hosts was fantastic and made the check in process a breeze. Nancy and Neil went above and beyond with fresh produce in the fridge and catered gluten free for us with lots of savoury and sweet treats plus fresh fruit. The outdoor spa on the deck is spectacular and great to cool off and take in the views. We can't fault this weekend away. Everything is so thought out. We will definitely back. Thank you for everything. ☺

The first five minutes there, it was pure relaxation. The cottage is beautiful and clean, with everything you could possible want and the views are out of this world. From the communication before I booked to the text message I got on the day of check in, the level of service and care shown by the hosts was incredible. I can’t recommend a stay here enough!

What an amazing place to stay. We could not get bored of those views, which are only interrupted by a herd of curious alpacas. The cabins are luxurious, spacious and the outdoor hot tub an added bonus. Neil and Nancy were great hosts and even lite a night camp fire complete with marshmallows to our kids delight.

Fantastic little cabins in a hidden part of the world. Great view, great facilities - and a shame we couldn't stay for longer. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick (or not so quick) getaway.

Booked the Luxe Escape Cottage and couldn't have been happier with that, had been apart from my long distance partner for the longest time and the cottage was the perfect romantic getaway to reunite with him, were provided with bath bombs and candles, even got a chocolate Easter bunny as it was the Easter weekend, Nancy & Neil paid so much attention to every detail throughout the whole place, had an absolutely amazing stay and made some unforgettable memories together

I am a huge alpaca fan and seeing them from the deck was truly heart-warming
